Pharmacy appointment

I booked an appointment online for 4pm with the pharmacist. I arrived at 3.55 and was told to take a seat. There was another lady waiting, as we got chatting her appointment was 4pm also?! At 4.20 neither of us had been seen, however several other people received medication when they were directed to the treatment room, I'm assuming they were being treated for drug addiction. I approached the counter and asked how much longer it was likely to be. I was told the pharmacist was busy!! I explained if I had an appointment at 4pm I would expect to have been seen by 4.25......As I took my seat the lady before me was called in, I was then called in at 4.35!!! The pharmacist was lovely although she had to Google my query and then suggested i make an appointment with my doctor. The whole point of this appointment was to avoid the doctors!!Doubt ill use the service again.

I paid 10 pounds to book an appointment…

I paid 10 pounds to book an appointment in Manchester, as offered on the website. But when I arrived at the Wellington Road pharmacy, they told me they had no appointments for me, that they didn't offer cryotherapy, and that they weren't part of the Evereste pharmacy chain. I called the number in my email and Joana couldn't help me; she said she would call me back and never did. So I wasted time and money for nothing. I want to know how you can rectify this situation.

Dangerous

Have been in position 5 on phone for 1hour and 45mins. Impossible to say im using 3 different phones... can't all be position 5 for that long. Should have had medication delivered 1 week ago. Doctor ordered an emergency prescription to them again and still no heart meds, epilepsy meds or blood pressure meds or blood thinners and more. Absolutely terrible service and they are putting my life at risk. Avoid this chemist they are dangerous.

Polite staff

Shout out to the youngish lad behind the counter, when I went in on the day before Easter Sunday, it was pretty full of frustrated customers who were waiting for prescriptions. Someone took it out on the guy behind the counter whose name I don't remember! Blaming him for prescription not being ready, even when he was very polite and apologetic and offered her an alternative solution. When it was my turn to be served, I thought he was very attentive and didn't let the bad interaction get to him.
Same said for all the staff, even on bad days or you don't come out the pharmacy with what you want, you're still going to get good polite service.

Online appointment booked-closed on arrival

I booked an online appointment this morning for 3.15pm today and on arriving the pharmacy was closed
Wasted a 45 minute round trip and fuel

It usually takes at least 7 working days from ordering my prescription online to being able to collect it from the pharmacy .
