Atique was fantastic, really patient and attended to all our questions.

I had a training morning with Naz from Titan. She helped set up our system 12 months ago, and was very impressive that she was able to introduce her self to everyone and remembered the names of all my fellow colleagues that she had met a year ago.
I had several issues that I wanted training on and we went through them all and a lot more. We would touch on one of my queries and then Naz would expand my point with related training, and then as we discussed these additional topics, so it opened up other areas which she was able to train me on.
Her knowledge was fantastic and her ability to train and demonstrate was also excellent.
She was good at challenging me and getting me to face my comfort zone. Naz was challenging, quietly assertive, but excellent at her job. I learnt so much and I appreciate her patience.

Extra training provided and support from Nas for a team member - as good as ever. Nas really helps break things down for less experiences or less confident titan users. Nas and titan as a whole is revolutionary and I could not be happier regarding the choice I made re Titan PMR.

I was locked out of my TITAN account and wasn't expecting it to be unlocked until the next day however Naz unlocked it the same day and i was able to work without any delays. We have had our Titan install today which was done by the lovely Ashley. The training she provided was fantastic spending time with each colleague and even organising some virtual training for colleagues who were not working on the day. The Titan system itself is unbelievably good! Simple, easy to navigate and track progress of prescriptions - It is a game changer for our Dispensary and will enable us to improve the efficiency.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Nour, a Pharmacist from Titan PMR System, who came into our pharmacy to demonstrate and help us implement their system. From the start, he was incredibly professional, patient, and thorough.
Not only did he provide a clear, step-by-step demonstration of how the system works, but he also made sure that every single staff member understood the software inside and out. He was attentive to all questions and concerns, ensuring that no one left with any confusion. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making the transition as smooth as possible for our team.
His approachable manner and ability to explain complex features in simple terms made the entire process much easier and less stressful. He even followed up after the session to ensure everything was running smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we’re now confident in using the Titan PMR System thanks to his support.

We have gone live with Titan today and had Nour and Bhavin on site with us providing support and teaching us. it was great to have them both and Nour's knowledge of our Meditech robot that also went live today was invaluable.

The remote training before hand by Bhavin was great to ensure we all knew how to use Titan effectively before hand. My staff love it and know everything is going to be easier and quicker and from a pharmacist allowing us to provide services to our community

The specialist advice and support from Nour was brilliant. Implementation day is today and it has been a smooth and controlled day!
So far so great, no regrets. My staff have embraced the change and I know in a day or two with the repetition they will hate me if I consider switching to another PMR provider or ask them to move to another branch which hasn't been transitioned to Titan yet !

Titan has always been on our radar, but we finally took the plunge a few weeks ago and are not looking back! Any change, especially within a stabilised Pharmacy setup will always be difficult for customers and staff (young and old!) but this change is both worthwhile and beneficial for all.

A special mention has to go to Maj, who despite our teething troubles, managed to look after us all along the whole journey always checking in on us!

I’ve recently started using Titan’s Repeat Flow feature, and the impact on my workload has been incredible.
At first, I was sceptical about how much difference it would make but now that I’ve set up the therapies correctly as repeatables, the system handles everything automatically, reliably, and without the need for manual input.

A special thanks to Naz at Titan, who was fantastic in guiding me through the setup her support made all the difference.

As a pharmacist, I believe Repeat Flow is one of the most exceptional and time-saving features Titan offers.
