I can't praise this company enough. I only ordered yesterday and this morning my order has arrived!
I had trouble with the website so phoned the order through and the young man that spoke to me was friendly helpful and efficient.
The goods that arrived were good quality.
I would recommend Ties Planet to anyone.
I shall certainly be ordering from them again.

I don't usually write reviews, but feel compelled to this time given the amazing service and high quality product offered by Ties Planet. Needed a quick turn around for six black ties for our cadet unit for Remembrance Sunday as we'd been unable to source any service issue ones in time. The ties arrived promptly and are indistinguishable from our service issue ones. We'd got them as spares, but we'll be pressing them into full time service! They're the correct colour black and finish, exceptionally well made and competively priced. All our cadets will now be able to step out with pride on Remembrance Sunday.

Blown away by the customer service. Just received my delivery and received an additional tie as the ones I ordered were virtually the same. Great that they noticed even better that they went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the purchase. I am. Thanks.

I have been the most annoying customer. And ties planet have been amazing. My first tie got lost in the post. I contacted them and they sent me another. Months later I look the tie and there was a small snag in the middle. They then replaced the tie AND sent it special delivery to get it to me ASAP. Amazing customer service. Thanks

I was searching for a specific colour tie and ordered from ties planet. Sadly for me the colour wasn’t quite what I needed so I asked to exchange. I returned the tie and was very promptly sent the new colour I tried which again sadly for me wasn’t quite what I needed. I had to just return it to get a refund.
The quality of the ties I received was very good which made it all the more frustrating I couldn’t quite match up the specific colour I needed.
Throughout the whole process the communication and willing to help and suggest ideas was arguably the best responses I have experienced whilst shopping online. I was in constant contact with “Andrew” who was very professional and couldn’t be more helpful.
Based on the customer service alone I have no doubt I will use this website again in the future and recommend them to anyone

Exceptional support finding and sourcing exactly what we asked for, we asked Andrew for fabric swatches in advance for 6 sets of wedding ties and matching pocket squares which he kindly sent very promptly. On receipt of the swatch samples and with our full approval the order was fulfilled quickly and efficiently. We would like to thank Andrew personally for his attention to detail, also to Andrew and all his associated staff special thanks for their patience, courtesy and professionalism.

Was looking for a tie for my beige suit and came across tiesplanet.com. Quick and easy to order however colour was a bit too dark. I requested a exchange and Andrew was really helpful. I sent back old tie and received new tie within a few days. Thank you!

To be honest, I’d never heard of Ties Planet. Found them when I was searching on Google for an emerald green colour tie. But wow, I’m so glad that I found this company. The tie is of fantastic material and very stylish. Looks great with my black suit and white shirt. Ordered it via the companies arrangement with Royal Mail. Took the special delivery option due to the current RM strikes. The tie arrived securely packaged and on the next day as promised. I now recommend Ties Planet to my family and friends

I had a very small order of a marlin tie pin which I needed in three days. I spoke to a lovely lady in sales who kindly volunteered to go down to the warehouse to make sure my order was despatched that afternoon. I received the tie pin the next day - absolutely brilliant service, thank you.

Ordered Monday, delivered Tuesday. Tie and pocket handkerchief of very good quality and true likeness to pictures on the website.

Excellent service - ordered some ties and pocket squares for a wedding which were delivered very quickly. Needed one more pocket square than they had in stock at the time so they made sure to send it special delivery once they had it to ensure it arrived on time. Incredibly reliable and amazing customer service throughout - would definitely recommend!

Duplicated my order - charged me twice. Sent me just one confirmation email for one order.

Now refusing to take responsibility for the glitch in their system making me pay for two ties when I only ordered one.

Excellent service. They didn’t have what I wanted online but had similar items listed so I contacted them and they happily tailored the items for me. They went above and beyond and their communication was outstanding. The quality of the items is amazing. Fully recommend them and I will happily purchase from them again.

Beautiful choice of ties & such fabulous quality! The only downside is the fact that free returns aren’t offered which is very rare these days! Love the tie that was kept though and refund did get processed quickly for the ties returned. Thanks!

Total waste of time i placed an order on 9th September 2021, i ordered a black tie for my mother's funeral 15 days later and nothing ive emailed 3 times and no reply. Disgraceful none existent customer service. I certainly wont touch this amateur bunch of cowboys
