A small business run by Chris with excellent ethics as I had a fault with a tie purchased more than a year ago. When I contacted Chris, he immediately apologised and sent a replacement out by first class post. Ties Planet sets a good example how businesses should be run and I'll certainly return as a customer again.

Had the pleasure of buying ties from TiesPlanet.
They were unable to find one of the ties at the time of shipping so I got refunded for that one and generously got a free replacement tie too. Andrew is extremely accommodating and said he would reach out if they found the missing tie - which they did! So now I’ll have all the ties I wanted plus a free limited edition one! So if you have any questions don’t hesitate to reach out to them, their customer service is truly exceptional.
Shipping is quick, UK to Scandinavia was (barely) 10 days, they shipped the same day as I ordered and I got tracking updates from both Royal Mail and local mail service.
All ties are of excellent quality, they came packaged in individual plastic sleeves, with tags or a branded cardboard sleeve. The shipping envelope was reused which I’m happy about too:)
I would happily buy from them again.

The pocket square I purchased was well priced, of great quality, and arrived in good time. I would happily purchase from Ties Planet again.

Affordable, the website was easy to use and the tie arrived in good time. It's also a beautiful tie and I like it a lot. All ready to watch the Red Roses at Twickenham at the end of the month.

Excellent company, highly recommend. Ordered several to match a dress and the colours were accurate and stunning. So elegant. The best range of ties going. Great service from the company, delivery was great. Only pity is there was very few with matching pocket squares, but the one we did buy was stunning and looked so much more expensive.

I could not ask for better customer service. Samples requested, received free of charge within 24 hours. Tie purchased and again received within 24 hours. Super friendly, lightening speed and fantastic quality product, just fantastic all round.

Moons ago, the good Lord himself bestowed a vision unto me in a dream - a vision of the ugliest tie that I believed could never be fully conceptualised, never truly revered by mortal eyes. T'was but a fleeting fancy, some divine object never before devised on this corporeal plane... until I found it. The one, true tie. And it's so damn ugly. And I'm obsessed with it.
I don't know who out there created this thing, the perfect recreation of that apparition I beheld, but I thank you.

A wonderful company to deal with! Helped with free swatches to compare options for our wedding, and when we couldnt find the right tie and pocket square for the groom they're getting what we need made!

I ordered Ties Planet and thier delivery is on time and help me a lot for my wedding. I ordered multiple colours and the quality is fantastic.

However, some of the colours did not match my need and the return process is also smooth and great. Definitely will order from them soon.

I cannot recommend Ties Planet highly enough. Absolutely exceptional customer service. Prompt answers to any email enquiries & extremely helpful. Andrew arranged for samples to be sent to me which were received the very next day. I ordered a children's wedding cravat for my son but unfortunately he felt it was slightly too tight. Andrew arranged for an exchange to an adult cravat at no extra cost. All items were received promptly & communications were clear & informative. I will use Ties Planet for all tie purchases from now on.

Andrew very kindly sent out swatches and once receiving the ties, a slight change was needed which was no trouble at all for Ties Planet. They really do put customers first, and a true reflection of great customer service. Great communication all round.

Fantastic service, fantastic ties, fantastic delivery.

They were able to send out swatches so I could match the tie to my wife's dress, once I got the right one they have the tie in adult, child and toddler versions. Wife is super happy all us boys match her dress for a wedding
