Wow is all I have to say.
We are a local non for profit and this year we knew we needed to up our game and have a real way for people to purchase tickets other than person to person. Moreno Marketing bought 3 other platforms before checking Ticket Tailor . What a lot of wasted $! Ticket Tailor was so seamless and simple. Integrated fabulously with our website and connecting our phones to the system. In 2 words...game changer!
We checked in over 1600 people and it was a piece of cake.
The only thing I wish is that there were special pricing for non for profits. Other than that I can't imagine going anywhere else. It connected well to paypal and we always knew when tickets were purchased and who was checked in...etc...it was easy to interact with the Ticket buyers when they had questions. Just seriously, the best thing since sliced bread.
Thank you for taking a difficult situation in the past and making it a joy!

This was the easiest and most affordable platform for me to use as a small business creating event tickets for my cookie decorating classes. I am a 1-person operation and not very computer savvy - the step-by-step videos and user-friendly process made creating my first set of event tickets much easier than I expected.
Even better when I did run into a problem with something I was able to jump onto a live chat with someone who showed me what I was doing wrong and then followed up with me to make sure I understood how to correct things on my end. Talk about awesome customer service.
I couldn't be happier to have chosen Ticket Tailor to handle my class event tickets and will continue to use them for many many years! A+

Amazing platform for social enterprises but still room for improvement
I rated the platform 4/5 stars but it should really be 4.5 :) There is still room for improvement so that's why I am not yet giving 5 stars.
Ticket Tailor is a great ticketing platform, especially for small social enterprises like mine. The commissions/fees are not too high, it's easy to use, the support team is very helpful. The referral system is easy to set up. But most of all, I really appreciate their values. A big reason why I chose this platform is because we share values of putting humans first, sustainability and responsible tourism.
Improvements could be seen on some technical aspects and including more currencies, but they are very open to feedback, that's also a plus.

Tickets sold for apparent fake event
I bought tickets in September 2023 for an event scheduled for August 2024. The venue was to be confirmed. I have tired on several occasions to contact the event organisers and getting no response. I contacted Ticket Tailor as they were the selling platform. They responde almost immediately to say it is nothing to do with them I need to contact organisers. It appears they have facilitated the sale of tickets to a fake event. I would have thought they would have better checks in place before allowing ticket sales! They are happy to take their commission from apparant fraudulant sales. Avoid ticket tailor.

We’re sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with an event you recently had tickets for.
We are a software provider that allows event organisers to sell tickets directly to their ticket buyers. When you pay for a ticket via a Ticket Tailor event, your money goes directly to the organisers.
We have robust checks in place for events listed on our platform. Very occasionally, between planning and events going ahead things can go wrong, and organisers can fail to deliver the event people were expecting.
As you bought your tickets from the event organiser directly they are the best people to contact. You can find a contact form at the bottom of the event booking form (where you originally booked the tickets) which will send an email directly to the event organiser. Alternatively you may be able to find contact details on the event organisers website or Facebook page if they have one.

Great for complex, week long sports events with multiple stand-alone events and multi-event packages -- eg. clinics, tournaments, demo sessions and spectator options...that Eventbrite and others aren't great at handling.
