Original package got lost in transit and I was sent a replacement one very quickly. Smoke and mirrors has a great scent. And the samples thay came with also had favorable scents

FedEx didn’t deliver my package due to 3 missed attempts to deliver and package is being returned to GB, so I reached out to customer service with Thomas Carter and they have already expressed shipped me another other and that is SUPER COOL of them. I ordered a refill for my Lilium Blume reed diffuser, as my previous one had almost run out. It was very quick to arrive, and the usual high standard of packaging, but unfortunately, the wrong fragrance had been sent. I had ordered Lilium Blume but been sent Shelby Lane. I popped it back in the box and contacted Thomson Carter, who were very quick in their response in asking for photos of the goods received and the packing slip, which I duly supplied. I was then contacted to say that a replacement would be sent out. I asked what I should do with the one sent out in error, and was told by the customer service rep 'Usama' that I was welcome to keep it as a gesture of goodwill, as I am disabled & housebound so can't get out to post it back. I thought that was very kind of them. I'm going to set it up in another room so that I can have a different fragrance in the air (and likely going to end up buying refills of that too!). I adore the Thomson Carter perfumes, and love the way they all arrive packaged so nicely and with great care. Customer service is excellent, delivery is fast, presentation is top class...there is nothing not to like about Thomson Carter!

Great Fragrances - Ladies love it - I love it - Smooth relaxing and refreshing

This is my 2nd order. This time I bought for myself because the 2 girls I gifted for Christmas loves it so much! I’m enjoying it & would love to have a body lotion available in the future!

I ordered the perfume and it came within a couple of days. Delighted with the purchase but realised the complimentary body wash wasn’t there. No problem ! Gareth in customer service was on very quickly to say he would send it out today. Best customer service I have come across for a long time! Really lovely guy to deal with.

The Product(s) are amazing. I have purchased both Smoke &Mirrors and Stone &Suede and they both are awesome scents in their own right. I tend to gravitate a bit more to the Stone & Suede as the fragrance has a subtle citrus scent with my body chemistry.

Delivery didn’t arrive even though Royal Mail stated it was in transit. Thomas Carter sorted out the issue within no time. I am expecting my delivery in 2 days guaranteed!!! Wonderful customer service and support! Fabulous perfume.
