The Thomson Carter experience has proven to be beyond and above any other product I have purchased. Not only is the LilyLume Blum fragrance exceptional, the customer service and delivery from start to finish is a true quality service making sure the customer needs are completely met. I forgot to mark an order appropriately and Thomson Carter made sure I would receive the product I intended to order. The Fragrance itself is a must have, it is not overpowering, it is soft, pretty and follows you around due to an oil based infusion of some kind. A truly elegant experience all around!!

I ordered the smoke&mirrors fragrance and missed the promotion to get a free body wash as I never checked out properly. Emailed to enquire about this and was informed that it’s done at the check out automatically. Was speaking to Gareth and Sameer and a body wash was arranged for me at no extra cost. It’s great service that my error was corrected and the promotion was honoured.

I ordered the wrong scent and asked if perfume could be exchange before it shipped. GARETH answered back pretty quickly and was able to do exchange before items shipped, which made my day. Excellent service. Appreciate you Gareth 🙂

I’ve been ordering Thomson Carter products for some time now and I’m impressed by the quality and the scent. The packaging is so luxurious and will be great gifting item. I had some issues with the shipment and even with time difference Sameer at the costumer service took care of it and I got clarification in a short time before the weekend

Rouge Avenue is my new signature perfume. When my former signature scent was discontinued, it has taken me ten years to find a fragrance that I can't smell but everyone says I smell good. Random people come up to me to tell me they love my perfume and I don't remember having it on. This is my second bottle.

Package arrived to the US containing several items. One was damaged from shipping. Sameer was very helpful in resolving the problem by sending out a replacement product. You learn a lot about a company by how they manage unfortunate circumstances with their customers! Oh, and did I mention that my wife loves every one of the scents? I look forward to being a repeat customer!
