Great variety, great prices, great customer service.

No tracking information or rather no information at all since we paid. No response to emails. Cmplaint via PayPal has been filed.

Update: After posting this the shop actually tried to get it right and today the order arrived. Some additional import taxes added another not ideal twist to the whole story. Import taxes are however nothing the shop is responsible for and the effort after posting here makes me update the rating to a 3 star rating.

I enjoy the 2 products that I purchased. They were good prices and I received them in a timely manner. No complaints. Will be purchasing again

I've used this product before when I bought from Ulta. But they stopped carrying it. The same product was delivered through This Is Beauty. In great condition and sealed. Was actually surprised how well preserved it was and sealed.

All my favorite products at a fraction of the retail price for issues related only to exterior appearance. I can live with that!

My product arrived on time, and with the quality I was expecting.

I was waiting for an order that was taking longer than expected- so I emailed the company to ask, got a very prompt reply, and the items were shipped quickly. Really appreciate the communication and fast response, plus quality products offered.

Finding and ordering were simple, and we received updates about the shipment, including a notification when it was delivered.

Loved buying my Tea Tree Scalp conditioner and shampoo from This is Beauty. Price was excellent because of a packing defect, which just gives me a great product at a great discount!

Never received my order, but once I placed a complaint, the founder got in touch and solved my issue promptly.

Update 19th feb: heard from them and they told me the order got stuck in the system and will ship as soon as possible :) For now it looks good, I will update again upon receiving my order!

Ordered on the 6th of February. The confirmation e-mail stated my order would arrive on the 11th or 12th, but I got no information whatsoever and my order did not arrive. Sent them an e-mail asking for information (I don’t mind it taking a month, but I do appreciate knowing what’s going on since it should have already been delivered according to their e-mail). I have not gotten a response from them in two days, so definitely be very wary ordering here. I will update this review as soon as I get news on my order.

Recieved unopened product at a great price

Excited to find discount on top shelf product, and from a company with a good cause. Product's "damaged" packaging was better than I anticipated

Shipping was fast and easy, the items were cheap and I’ll definitely be shopping again

Spent half of what I normally would and got 2, quick shipping, and got exactly what I ordered. Will definitely order again.
