The good news if there is any is that the authorities are all over this latest scam by Lewis & Christian.

They have copies of all the videos and posts by Christian & Lewis telling everyone their Ponzi was "government backed".

The fact is they never had any assets, the money was used illegally.

Lewis & Christian have form neither of whom have ever been part of a successful business, this is not the first but hopefully will be the last time they are allowed to defraud people.

I've written four times and got silence but you reply quick to a public review. If HMRC really told you to deduct at source, why didn't you do that from the first payment and why say it'll go back to gross next time. This isn't how tax works. No letter, no explanation. It all feels sloppy. I just want my investment back, you carry on with whatever this is.

It's rare to find a platform that works. FIFTH & heaven has earned my trust. They're honest and I never wait long for a withdrawal.

Please can someone on here give me some advice as with many people I was scammed with this company but I want to know what steps to take to recover the money any ideas please also the solicitors or administrators sent me an email to fill a form out regarding the money owed , has anyone filled it out because you need to put down personal information any suggestions will be appreciated immensely.

I invested with Unique, promising returns of 25% over a three year term. A few months in, Unique have now gone into administration. Despite promises that our funds were protected, this appears not to be the case. I will have lost a large part of my pension unless the administrators can identify funds to repay the investors, many have lost far more.

I will together with other investors pursue every avenue to get our money back.

This is a factual review.

I invested with Unique, promising returns of 20% over a three year period. One year in, Unique have now gone into administration. Despite promises that our funds were protected, this clearly is not the case. I have lost £6,000, others have lost far more. I am just grateful that I didn’t invest any more as I had planned to.

I and other investors will pursue every avenue to get our money back.

Avoid this company at ALL COSTS. Lewis Hall is more than happy to take people's money and then completely avoid them soon after, all while providing an extremely poor service. He left myself and my business partner close to 30k out of pocket. Do not let the professional looking Instagram profiles and business pages fool you as it did us.

Update 30th July : Lewis Hall's Instapage with all his boasting photos of flash cars / watches / game changing Dubai "deals " has now been wiped so no photos on his profile. Same with UPG Insta - all wiped. I think the Facebook stuff has gone as well. Why would you do that if you have nothing to hide??? Also, UPIG are clearly reading these reviews as they constantly try to get the review taken down by claiming the comments are defamatory - but everything that is being said here is true.

I can confirm this company is in administration ! We need to group together & fight for our money!

Can someone please explain the process of recovering our funds, and if there is any collective action investors need to take?

I have read the recent reviews and unfortunately I have also been experiencing the same thing. Invested 13k and was getting my monthly returns until the last 2 months and told theyre in administration. They say they're working with Mazars to solve this... but I'm growing weary by the minute that this was not legit. This is my second investment that has gone down the drain (first one was with a guy called James Murphy from GPWN, stay away at all costs) making my total loss close to 50k ... and since then I've suffered immense financial stress. If there is a way to be in touch with other investors I would be grateful as I'm also considering legal action.

Refundee are supporting investors who have lost money to Unique Property Group. It's possible that you are eligible for reimbursement from your bank but they need to build out a case first.

I'm having exactly the same problem. Sadly looks like we've been scammed. Just like Citygate and Social Housing Holdings. Someone has recommended Refundee to me to get our money back on a no win no fee basis. My friend has used them for another scam before and said they're really good.

In late 2024, concerns began to emerge internally at Unique Property Group. Several employees reportedly noticed major inconsistencies in how investor funds were being handled and began questioning the reality behind the company’s claimed asset-backed structure.

Publicly, the directors — portrayed a lifestyle of success: luxury vehicles, watches, overseas trips to Dubai and Europe. But behind the scenes, investor funds were allegedly being used to finance this image, while returns to earlier investors were paid using new investor money — classic hallmarks of a Ponzi scheme.

A number of staff members are believed to have resigned around this time, some of whom reported their concerns to regulatory and enforcement bodies including the FCA, HMRC, and the Serious Fraud Office. Rather than address the issues, the company allegedly launched aggressive legal proceedings against former employees, spending what appeared to be substantial sums on litigation in an attempt to silence critics.

The financial documents submitted by the company in those proceedings raised serious doubts, including inflated claims of £10 million in net assets, signed off by unregulated accountants. Many familiar with the situation questioned the reliability of these figures and the overall solvency of the company.

Since then, more staff have left, more concerns have surfaced, and investors are now speaking out. The company’s operations appear to have ground to a halt, with no active offices, no communication to clients, and growing evidence that the business is either insolvent or close to collapse.

The conduct of the directors, particularly their treatment of whistleblowers and misuse of investor trust, has shocked many who were once close to the business. Serious questions remain about where the money went, and whether regulators acted quickly enough to prevent further harm.

These statements are based on information widely reported by former staff and those familiar with the company’s inner workings. Any views expressed reflect a genuine concern for the affected investors and are offered in good faith.

I I invested my savings to give me a regular monthly income to use as a pension. all went well for 12 months then, late payment.
Then skipped payments.
They said they were having a financial audit, then an email said they had cash flow problems the the final email says they have gone into administration.
my partner invested also and hasn't had any communication st all.....hopefully something can be done to take this company to task

It had been all good, until they went into administration. Don't invest a penny with them. Don't trust any returns over 10% a year.

I'm absolutely devastated and disappointed with The Unique Property Investment Group. I trusted them with my retirement savings, and they've scammed me out of it. It's heartbreaking to think that people can take advantage of others' hard-earned money without any compassion.

Do they not consider the impact on families and individuals? Would they do this to their own loved ones? It's unacceptable that they prioritize profits over people's well-being.

I've worked hard to save for my retirement, and now those savings are gone. I'm left feeling betrayed and financially insecure. I strongly advise others to avoid The Unique Property Investment Group at all costs.

Ponzi scam. This was clearly a calculated investment scam by Lewis Hall and Christian Woolard, both of whom have links to a previous rent 2 rent ponzi scam called ACH Inveatments. The SFO are already investigating, which could have been why the bank froze their bank accounts but I believe that was just a lie and all part of their administration rug pull plan. I imagine they have already transferred the majority of client funds to their Dubai company for ‘set up costs’ and ‘investments’ under their fake UAE scheme. I hope the police appoint forensic accountants to review all transfers and the UAE cooperate follow the payment trails. Most of their staff including Daniele and Christian’s daughter are fully complicit and should be charged too. Furthermore all related companies of Lewis and Christian should be reviewed and frozen by the authorities. Scumbags
