Not a successful experience, this organisation has a great idea but they are on a journey and not all of their ducks are in the row. Would I recommend UPC - from my experience I’m afraid not. 4 months and a lot of chasing by myself and we parted ways.

Stanley (I hope I've spelled his name correctly)has been refurbishing our kitchen over the last three days at Flat 18 Portues Rd under Hyde Housing (formerly ARHAG)

He has done a fabulous job , he listened carefully to our needs and did his very best to ensue we has the basic kitchen facilities, he was professional and always respectful in his approach .

I would like to tank him for his work and excellent costumer service.

B careful with this company who will persuade you to pay extra for alternative photography of your property. This is to get further funds from you before marketing. Photographs should be included in the selling contract as with all Estate agents.

Evidence requested and not given of how £300 paid above normal commission spent . If this is not satisfied it will be reputational damage.

We completed with the Unique Property Company in December 2023 and had an excellent experience with Simon and Hannah. They were highly responsive and did everything they could to help us get over the line on a unique property, and under unique circumstances!

I have been with this real estate for a long time now, I have had nothing but polite and helpful responses from them.

I can highly recommend Unique Property Company. We found them doing a google search as we were selling a rather unique property! Having been convinced that we would go with a big local name, instead when Simon Stone came to complete a valuation our choice was made. Simon’s very real enthusiasm for properties outside the norm is tangible and he really convinced us he could sell the lifestyle that came with our property rather than just the size.

I’m so glad we did go with Simon. He secured an offer really rather quickly and then passed us over to the wonderful Hannah to handle the sale. Hannah worked wonders in a sale affected by one of the chain being hospitalised with Covid-19. She kept pushing everything through and we completed by Christmas.

So, we cannot recommend Unique enough. If your home is a little different from the average they have the insight to really market it as you would want and the tenacity to push a sale through in difficult circumstances.

Unique Property Company are absolutely fantastic. Literally the best Estate Agency company that I have ever dealt with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. You receive a personal level of service unlike any other Estate Agents in the UK. Estate Agents these days make all sorts of promises to get your business however in reality all they do is bung your property on Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket and then do almost nothing at all and simply wait for the phone to ring.

Furthermore, I have lost count the number times an Estate Agency employee has carried out a viewing for prospective buyers but haven't done their homework, don't know the property details, can't answer any of the buyer's questions and as a result provide a distinctly mediore to poor performance marketing your property for sale. This is where Unique Property Company stand head and shoulders above literally everyone else. They actually make the effort to know all of the property details, do a superb job with respect to the property viewings and you can trust that they will do an excellent job marketing your property for sale.

I marketed two properties for sale with the Unique Property Company in South London. One was a factory conversion of over 5,000 SQ FT. The other was a one bedroom flat. In both instances I had a Joint Sole Agency contract between Unique Property Company and a second Estate Agency Company. This included the likes of Knight Frank, Hamptons, and Savills. And in both instances literally 90% of the viewings were generated by Unique Property Company and only 10% of the viewings by the other agent. Furthermore, Unique Property Company secured the buyers for both properties and at the Asking Price!

Also with the other Estate Agents it has taken forever for them to actually list the property for sale. This is another area wherein Unique Property Company excel. They had my properties listed for sale literally within 24 hours following instruction and the marketing pack (photos etc.) having been provided. Amazing!

The results speak for themselves. An absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

The BEST Estate Agency Company in the UK. PERIOD! I can't recommend them highly enough!

Premium properties and great service until you move in. And then.. nothing. No response to emails. No help with maintenance issues. Avoid.
