QUALITY AND SIZE.
Having purchased Bath robes from you before I was expecting the same quality fluffy towelling, I ordered a different colour but apart from that the size was the same. What I got was inferior toweling and a very tight fit. Not good I could have purchased this type of product from e bay or Tesco.

Reply from The Towel Shop
Hi Brian
Thank you for your feedback.
I checked which bathrobes you purchased from us.
So, previously, you were buying the High Quality Turkish range, and then you switched to the Egyptian cotton, which is very different from what you are used to.
If you are not happy with your recent order, as it's a different range, you can return it to us for a full refund.
Kind Regards
Paul
Excellent value for money
I bought two of these hooded gowns, one white and one beige-brown. They are large and made from good quality towelling material. They arrived within three days and I think they’re excellent value for money.

Deep fitted sheets
I'm so happy that I found a place where I can buy extra deep fitted cotton sheets at reasonable prices. The Towel Shop, I have added you to my favourites websites. I have not yet tried the sheets, but they feel good quality.
