I received the toothbrush for Mother's day 2025, and it worked fine until I needed to change the brush head. Somehow, part of the brush head stayed stuck to the shaft. I was able to get some help from support, although it took a long time to get a response. The toothbrush functioned properly with a new brush head until the beginning of May 2026 when part of it stayed stuck as it had before. This time, it was much harder to get it unstuck, and now it does not work. There is a 2-year warranty and I would like to get another toothbrush. I believe the one I have was faulty from the start as my daughter's has not given her any issues. I hope I can get someone to contact me, but it is extremely difficulty to get a response and resolution. I am located in the US.

This is my favorite sustainable toothbrush! It works great and the customer service cannot be beat. Highly recommend!

Thanks great response solved the minor problem immediately. I would expect this, but great when it happens automatically not the same with all companies

We replaced all whole family's plastic electric toothbrushes with Sustainable Tomorrow Toothbrushes. Two adult, and two junior toothbrushes. We have been using them for 4 months now. I love that our children aren't consuming micro plastics every time they brush. And less plastic in landfill. Customer service is fantastic too!

I ordered toothbrush heads on March 19, 2026. They've been in transit for over 2 weeks and not tracking any movement. I emailed the company 2 times directly and once via the website and have heard no response. I'm assuming the company is run by AI at this point.

My electric toothbrush has stopped working - I’ve only had it a year. The toothbrush itself was brilliant before it stopped working, I had no complaints. However, it’s covered under a 2 year warranty, yet despite contacting customer services multiple times to get a replacement under warranty, they have not responded to any of the 3 emails that I have sent them over the past month. Even messaged them on Instagram and I’ve not had a response. Poor customer service. Starting to feel I like the warranty is a scam.

My husband and I both for the ZEN electric toothbrush and we are in love. The features of the various modes of cleaning are so functional. Its user friendly and is the best clean we have had.

I love the product, but I love the customer service even more!! After a slight issue with one of my orders I reached out to customer service and asked for help. Let me tell you, most companies don’t even offer customer service these days, but this is definitely not one of them. They went above and beyond to help me rectify my situation and were very pleasant throughout the whole process.

This is the only brush head that actually fits my Philips electric toothbrush (and doesn't fall off!). Nice firm bristles, and obv. the eco. factor is a the big win.

I've been using Sustainable Tomorrow's electric bamboo toothbrush for about 2 years. I love that it's as natural and environmentally friendly as possible. Because of the natural materials, in rare occasions the brush heads got loose quickly, but that happened to me only twice so far, and the company was quick to compensate (which is why I'm still giving them a 5 stars ranking). Their design has been improved recently so I believe it will reduce these "loose" events even further.

There are many reasons why I support sustainable tomorrow. Their products are high quality and built to last. If there ever is an issue with a product, they are happy to make it right and are open to suggestions for the next model if there is room for improvement. Their love for the planet is clear, and is evident in the smallest details of how they treat people to the thought they put into their products.

The heads look great, but I have not yet used them. The customer service was awesome to deal with!

Very happy with the products for two years now and just had a really nice experience with the customer support recently. I had received a shipment with some toothbrush heads that were a bit wobbly for some reason so I reached out and they were not only super friendly and understanding (+ giving me an explanation as to why this happened) but also sent me a free replacement. I completely recommend! :)

I love my Sustainable Tomorrow toothbrush I bring it everywhere with me, the top attachments were coming off and when I contacted customer service they sent me a new set to exchange them, I really appreciate companies that give excellent customer service like this, As a wellness realtor and interior designer I recommend this brand to all of my clients, together we create a sustainable tomorrow :-)

I have been purchasing from Sustainable Tomorrow for over three years and I am always amazed at how responsive they are and how willing to help and fix whatever problem I might be having. They are truly dedicated to giving their customers the best experience and they are constantly improving their products. This is what makes a company one that you will stick with long-term. I appreciate that they are so gracious and appreciative of any and all feedback, good or bad.

Love the function of these toothbrushes and that there are no microplastics! Also, the customer service has been very helpful with questions. I highly recommend these toothbrushes!

The shape of the head is awkward and the bristles just drag across your teeth. You'd be better off with a regular, non-electric eco friendly brush.

It doesn't matter what the company says, they don't accept returns for ANY of their products. I sent products to what ended up being a bogus address they gave me and months later, I've just received the returned products. No money back. Not even for accessories such as the travel case and the holder. So now I've wasted money on the purchase of the product, AND the shipping to have it returned.

Great Product and Great Customer Service.
I like their product and the mission statement of their company. Their product has been very reliable and durable in comparison to many other mass produced brushes being sold in markets in north America.
Their customer service has been great as well. There was a slight complication on one of my orders but they responded to my emails and made sure that every thing was done right and fair in the end and they did it sincerely and friendly as well. I would definitely recommend making the switch to using their products. It is well worth it.
