I don't really even want to give 1 star! Ordered 2 gillets on 6th December as Xmas presents for my parents. They arrived on the 24th December and both were faulty
On trying to find a way to return these items, I was told the warehouse is closed and not accepting returns for 3 weeks.
They then sent me another gillet that I didn't ask for and I now am waiting to here how and when I can return them
I live abroad and my mum is a carer and cant cope with hassle of returns.
I have never experienced anything like this and DO NOT RECOMMEND this company at all
I am beginning to believe they are a SCAM
I have tried calling - no answer.
I joined a "live chat" and get no response.
I am being constantly "fobbed off" via email!!

Product is okay and as described. Delivery took 2 weeks and had to pay an additional 8,27€ in custom fees. Maybe I had zu educate myself better regarding the post Brexit regulations, but it‘s not worth it to me to pay nearly the same ammount for Customs and Shippment then the Product itself.

Happy with the purchase. Quick delivery and good price. Happy to use the company again.

Been looking this product and found here as I’m using it quite sometime especially when I’m going out or at work and has best quality, kept your coffee hot up to 8hours and very handy especially when you driving.

Excellent product but the delivery was a bit late.
Overall, I am very satisfied with this service.

The product is great. The 1.9L is big enough for me. But the delivery is a bit slow. Overall is good!

I now have 2 of these flasks. I always put hot water in them and they stay hot for hours. Perfect for work or when I’m out on a days walk.In my opinion they are the best flasks around.

Easy to order, very well packaged and good delivery. The flask look robust. great colour and as described so well received as a present.

The product took longer than I expected but the product itself is really good. I am quite pleased with it. The customer service team are also quite responsive.

Any hot drinks cool to quickly is a cooler environment.
We bought 3 tumblers for our trip away and we were extreamly disappointed with the product. Wouldn't recommend if wanting hot drinks to stay warm.

Delivery took 10 days (you cannot track the order until it is delivered to you, lol), stuff was friendly and replied to my emails tho. The thermos arived undamaged and well-packed.

I recommend ThermoHero... Great product and great service.

Excellent flask, keeps Liquids hot for many hours.

Great flask ss happy with it , dispatch time not bad unfortunately tracking system didn't seem to be working . And communication wasint the best to email.

What appears to be a genuine product at a good price.

My concern relates to their use of an app called "Shop" for order tracking. This app requires access to the contents of your email account and gives no information beyond the emails Thermo Hero send. There are plenty of reviews labelling it as a scam.

Delivery of the items was late and when I emailed Thermo Hero, I received no response. The order turned up the following day.

All in all, for the couple of pounds I saved using Thermo Hero, it wasn't worth the feeling I'd been had. Given the option, I wouldn't use them again.
