I wanted to drop off an item at the store for resale, so completed the online form as instructed. I was contacted by someone from our local store right away, she provided her contact info and said to reach out with questions. I called her several times, and then emailed her back asking specific questions, but she never responded or picked up her phone. However, she kept texting me asking if I had questions or when I was dropping off the item. I was so confused, so decided to go with another vendor since this experience didn’t really leave a good impression.

I purchased a Dior shoe a week ago online and went to the store, never received any email it was ready for pickup. I purchased a Cartier JUC bracelet this past weekend and a few hours later showed up to pick up and they wouldn't let me pick it up citing the need to verify fraud hasn't occurred. They wouldn't even let me see the bracelet or try it on! I have the AX Platinum card I used for the purchase and my ID. I spoke to the manager and said this was "BS" and for this I was told they couldn't service me? Isn't it BS that I pay for items, don't get emails to pickup after a week, show up to pick up and am told I can't even see the items, or pick up??? If that's not BS what is??? I have had a TRR account selling and buying from TRR for the last 5+ years - not a just a few items, it was tens of thousands of dollars that I've sold through this organization! This company is a scam and totally NOT legit - they probably didn't have the items? I have receipts and video of all transactions as well. Stay away.

Everyone was very nice and willing to help. I am concerned about the way one of my handbags was placed in the large bag to be sent to the warehouse - it will certainly not be as prestine as when I dropped it off. Lesson is to bring them in boxes.

I had a genuine experience at TRR. The assistant was sharp and kind. We found way too much cute stuff in there and couldn't take all of it, but we'll be back for more. Thanks for a fun day!

Really loved the in-store experience. Our sales person has knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He shared a promotion with us that we weren't even aware of... when we had challenges with redeeming the promotion, the support team jumped in and was helpful in driving to resolution. Most importantly, I love my bag, and my daughter loves her accesories.

I have been shopping with TRR since 2012, and find they have good items at fair prices. In my experience as a consignor I was a little disappointed at having no control over low price floors. But as a buyer I love the system. You do need to pay close attention to what is final sale (over 40% off is always a final sale), and how “worn” something may be: ie read all the fine print on the product page. And you’ll find some real gems and winners
