Great customer service!
The sales associate was great. He placed an online order for me because I was having difficulty with checkout. I feel that the shipping time is a little too long. This has no reflection on the store because the merchandise is being shipped from elsewhere.

When I made my order I went into PayPal…
When I made my order I went into PayPal and it went straight to my bank and pulled the money. I want to pick from options such as Pay in 4. I contacted The Real Real immediately. I wrote on several of your sites. I recieved the message immediately that I wanted to cancel the order and I was told "it was too late that the package had shipped". How does that happen when it's on a Sunday night when they are closed. So I called first thing the next morning, Monday and got the same message. I was going to re-order it on my credit card. But never given the chance. You need coverage for the weekend and a better way. There is no way you can cancel on your site. That's just not right. So I had it taken out of my bank account with has caused me issues financially this month.
