I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
I purchased an EMSCULPT course for £396, fully intending to use it. Unfortunately, I experienced repeated issues trying to book my sessions through the website, and when I tried to contact the clinic by phone, I was unable to get through.
To make matters worse, I never received any reminder that my treatment package was due to expire. Had I been notified, I would have booked my remaining sessions immediately.
I have now been told that my package has expired, cannot be reinstated, and is non-refundable. As a result, I have lost almost £400 without receiving the treatment I paid for.
While I understand businesses have terms and conditions, I would have expected some flexibility, particularly given the booking difficulties and lack of any expiry reminder. A goodwill extension or credit would have been a much fairer outcome.
Sadly, this experience has left me feeling that customer loyalty and fairness are not valued. I would urge anyone considering purchasing a treatment package to be very aware of the expiry policy and to keep a close eye on the dates, as you may not receive any reminder before your package expires.

Becky and Gracie are the best
I had a wonderful experience at this therapy clinic and would highly recommend it. Gracie and Becky were both exceptional.
Gracie truly deserves her manager position. She handled all of my queries with patience, professionalism, and kindness. I had some confusion about the process, and she took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I felt comfortable and satisfied every step of the way. Her support and reassurance meant a lot.
Becky, who carried out my microneedling treatment, was incredibly professional and skilled. She made me feel at ease throughout the whole process and performed everything with such care and precision. I was really impressed by her expertise and attention to detail.
Overall, an amazing experience — I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone considering treatment.
