Thank you Rounak for such a great service. I have tried other clinic but I always go back to therapie because of you.

I only get my forehead Botox done for the past year and was petrified not to look natural. But I feel like coming back for follow up appointments after 10 days is the best thing ever and gives people like me the chance to have it small dose done and make little changes if needed on that follow up day.

I had a professional and excellent treatment there. I was at Liverpool branch. The team is friendly and happy to answer all your doubts. Highly recommend them.

I had a great experience at Therapie Clinic. The staff were very friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The treatment was explained clearly, and everything was done with great care. The clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming. I'm very happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. The team at London Wigmore clinic made me feel at ease and found the right skin treatment for me as I prefer to look very natural. They have been consistent in their service as I go to more than one specialist for the treatments I have.

I had an appointment booked for tattoo removal. Once I arrived I spoke a colleague who assessed the tattoo, talked me through the whole process, walked me through the healing process and then took payment. Only after taking the payment she revealed that she would not be doing the treatment today and that it needed to be done in another branch nowhere near where I live. It’s important information to withhold and it was very annoying that this was disclosed after payment. This felt like a very deliberate move by the colleague, which is very poor customer service.

I then explained this was not convenient for me and asked for a full refund. I was told this would be done in the next few days. I asked for proof that I would get a refund and was told that they could not provide proof. I have since found out that the company do not offer refunds, so think the member of staff intentionally mislead me and that I have been scammed - avoid using this company at all costs. A quick search on Reddit and a check of their court cases tells you everything you need to know about them

Do not waste your time with Therapie. I have been a customer of Therapie for years.

This is a review purely on customer service and App, not a specific clinic.

Previously you could select the treatment you want, look at the clinic locations and availability, find a suitable time and proceed with booking / purchase.

Now with the new app, you have to PAY for your service before you can even check availability with them. Absolutely ridiculous.

I also had a credit on my account from my last visit, which I could not use via the app. So I had to call customer service...

My god, what an awful experience. Frustration is an understatement. Through a language barrier and frustration level at the repeated questions being asked and the repeated scripted comments, I booked half a leg laser instead of a full leg,

I attempted to amend on the app to no avail, so had the pleasure to call back. I was advised this needs to be " exchanged" which can take 3-5 days before I can book what I actually need. Even though in the same conversation I was told they have the 48 hour cancellation policy. My service is on Saturday... Makes NO sense whatsoever. Bear in mind this is the evening of 8th and service is on the morning of 11th. So effectively 2 full days away.

I will 100% be taking my business elsewhere and will tell anyone I know to not consider this money grabbing company who offer zero customer service!

Would like to mention that majority of staff I have dealt with in various clinics are fine and for the most part are professional and helpful but clearly they all work off the same script which is obviously the Therapie business module.

They let me travel one and a half hours to Cork, only to tell me, that because of something I ticked on their preparation form, I cannot receive the treatment.
There are some illnesses, that exclude you from treatment immediately when filling out the form. So, why did I have to drive there just to be sent away? They should review the forms before they let people come to them for absolutely nothing. But considering my appointment was for one specific treatment, and my 'consultant' had to ask me why I was there, if might be better not to have any treatment with them at all.

Lazer has worked well for me so far. Shop floor staff have been lovely, however, the admin customer service has been horrendous and stressful. There are no direct phone contact details for your chosen location so you get put through to customer service team who are reading you a script and not treating you as a paying customer. I missed my appointment by 15 minutes due to tfl issues and coidlnt call to let them know. The person on the phone had different appointment availability information to the person in store. (Was told there were no more appointments thatvday but there were) I rebooked via the app and then that appointment got cancelled at short notice by the therapie clinic. Again, no number to call, just an email address and I still haven't received a new appointment 3 days later. They cancel regularly. Replies are very slow, expect to wait at least 2 days before a response with half the neccesary infomation to move forward. As someone who works in customer service, if you have cancelled someone's appointment I believe you must try every means to get through and rebook that client as soon as possble, before any new bookings come in. Not just sending an email and not bothering to double-check every cancelled appointment has been rebooked. Therapie clinic have lacked urgency in this situation and its a big shame.

I purchased a package of three facial laser sessions in December 2024. At the time of purchase, I explained that I was undergoing electrolysis treatments. I was advised to wait two weeks before booking my laser appointment.

When I attended my first appointment, I again mentioned that I was having electrolysis. I was then immediately told that I could not have laser treatment and would need to wait at least six weeks after electrolysis. This directly contradicted the advice I had been given when I purchased the package.

As I did not want to interrupt my electrolysis treatment for that length of time, I requested a refund. This was refused, and I was told the only option was to leave the amount as credit on my account.

Last week, I returned to use that credit, only to be told that it had expired after 18 months because it was an unused cash payment. This policy was never explained to me when my refund was refused. Had I been informed that the credit would expire, I would have made a different decision. I also find it very strange that gift vouchers are valid for five years, yet money that customers have actually paid can simply expire.

I contacted your customer service team and was told that, due to the age of the purchase, I could not receive a refund or a credit voucher. The only solution offered was for me to use the three laser sessions.

This is not a solution. As I clearly explained in my email, I am still undergoing electrolysis, so I still cannot have laser treatment. The circumstances that prevented me from using the package have not changed.

I can accept that laser and electrolysis cannot be carried out simultaneously. What I cannot accept is paying for a treatment that I was unable to receive because of advice given by your staff, then being refused both a refund and any alternative way to use the value I paid.

Why was I not offered a voucher for the amount paid if account credit expires? Why was I not informed of this expiry policy when my refund request was refused? It seems unreasonable that I have lost the money despite never receiving the service.

Despite several people advising me not to use your business, I chose to give you the benefit of the doubt because I believed negative experiences often come down to individual staff members rather than the company itself. Unfortunately, my experience has shown that the issue appears to be with the company's policies rather than with any one employee. I am extremely disappointed with how this matter has been handled.

It’s been over 3 weeks since i had a hydra facial where skin on my nose was left lifted and red, painful and raw. Weeks have gone by where i was advised i would be contacted by the clinic-which i have not! And i have requested a refund multiple times now for my poor experience and very, very poor customer service and i have just been ignored. Awful company. Would never use again or recommend to anyone! Avoid!

Don’t waste your time or money.

Earlier this year I had 10 emsculpt treatments to tone muscle. I’m a fit person who exercises regularly but please don’t waste your time or money on this completely ineffective service. When I complained mid way through and at the end of my treatment they asked me to come back for a review meeting. I was hesitant to waste any more time with them and that has proven to be the case as 2 months after my review meeting there has of course been no follow up. Don’t waste your time or money.

Disappointed in their customer service in the Lakeside, Thurrock branch. I booked a 10 session laser treatment with Clinic Therapie and honestly it feels like a money grab on their part. The consultation was rushed and I was pressured to pay for the treatment. Before I could even ask questions the lady doing the consultation, Dee, held the card reader to my face asking me to tap £250 away whilst I’m still unclear about the deal. And as I ask the questions, she was giving me short answers with the card reader still raised to my face.
They also say what you want to hear to get you to pay then they back track. My mother referred me so we were supposed to receive a £50 voucher each and was told it would activate in a couple days after purchasing the treatment, but it hadn’t been activated and it’s been months now still no activation. Additionally my mother was promised a free cleanser for completing her consultation and when she went to collect it they said she is not entitled to one.

When starting my sessions with them more than half of my appointment have been rescheduled by them last minute and constantly resulting in awkward appointment times for myself that I have had to work around. My mother goes to a branch in London and never had this issue with theirs. It seems like it’s always the lakeside branch that is inconsistent with their service as every appointment I’ve had it’s not been smooth.

At the lakeside branch sometimes I arrive, there is no one at the reception. There has been a time when I was getting changed and another member of staff (that was not doing my laser session) walked in on me when I was getting undressed. She didn’t knock or anything. I felt very uncomfortable the rest of the session and to be quite frank I feel uncomfortable going back there entirely. Their communication is poor between clearly between staff and with their customers.

I have tried to be tolerable with their poor service but honestly I have had enough. And will not be going there ever again.

I have never had a treatment and left feeling disappointed. All staff are well trained and delivered treatment to a very high standard
Best company to have your laser treatment.

I had an awful experience with thérapie clinic . I had over 15 sessions of hair laser removal and still have normal hair growth sometimes hair come back in 2 days with same density as if no treatment done. What l am really not happy with is their staff and managers I had many incidents they never listen when l want to explain to them they areas that are not improving and I was complaining many times that l feel lots of burn and l want more cooling down the areas but they didn’t listen and l end up with dark spots in my body and face . I called them and send email for complaint and l had to chase them for a review for these dark spots but nothing happened they didn’t take my complaint seriously and the dark spots are still on my face and body and have no idea what to do after logging a complaint. I am not happy with the treatment the staff unprofessionalism and the fact the ignore clients complaints .Also they never pick up the phone when l need to contact true clinic itself and the calls are usually transmitted to the customer service and this applies for all their branches and so many other incidents but no have time to write everything

I've just finished my tenth lazer hair removal treatment and it hasn't worked on me, the best I can say is that the hairs are thinner. I did everything by the book and spaced the appointments out by 6 weeks. I have light skin and dark hair so should have been a perfect candidate. Possibly they used settings that were too weak. I had a different clinician nearly every time, so there was no consistency. I also didn't enjoy the continual upsell I had to endure at each visit.
