I have to say every single member of staff I dealt with in Property Ladder group were just amazing! After seven and a half months wait to get into our new property I certainly got to know quite a few of them and even had Darren help me out for a full week too. Joe was the lovely very helpful man that first spoke to me and gave me the good news way back at the end of March and then with covid and our seller having difficulties buying a new property the months went on ! Then Helen, Brittney,kay,Reece and then Jinny that got me through it at the end when I was at the end of my tether were so helpful and even texted me when I couldnt take calls and kept my chin up when I was so down.
These people are truthful helpful and amazing at their job.
Thank you all so very much you are all stars in my eyes .

Have just exchange today in very difficult times. The guys at property ladder, Reece, Kay and Helen have been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble, keeping us up to date when we were stressing (alot) and checking whats going on down the chain. We were introduced to the property ladder group by our son , and I am very impressed. Darren and his team were so supportive through a difficult situation (buyer pulled out at start of COVID lockdown) They helped us stay focused, reassuring us that all will be fine , and yes it was .
Thanks to their team work we had a new buyer within days and got our lovely new home.

As a local firm of solicitors we have been delighted with the service offered by Darren and his team. We had a tricky probate property to sell which had been on the market for over a year before instructions given to the Property Ladder Group. I have instructed PLG on a number of my estates and they make the whole process so much easier and hassle-free. The turnaround time for property valuations is great and where a valuation is needed urgently, PLG arrange the valuations and report within a matter of days! Would 100% recommend.
