Property ladder is amazing!!! if it wasn't for Darren sorting things out for me and helping me with what I needed to do next. I don't know were I'd be. Thank you Darren for all your help.

I have worked alongside PLG for some time now. Through the firm I work with I have referred many of my clients to PLG. They have assisted them with property clearances, valuation reports, selling properties and more. My clients have always provided me with positive feedback regarding their experience with PLG.
My personal experience with the PLG team has been fantastic. They are professional, patient and a joy to work with. The sales team are the best I have experienced. They not only keep me and my client updated with the progress of a sale, they actively contribute to the progression itself. I have seen them go over and above to help my clients sell properties.

As a probate practitioner, I used PLG previously with another firm. I had no hesitation in using them at my new firm, and indeed in recommending them to other colleagues inside and outside the firm The PLG Team make everything run smoothly, and I have taken advantage of many of their services including unoccupied property insurance, and arranging probate valuations of properties and contents, to name a few. Darren and the team help alleviate some of the stresses for a probate practitioner, and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to others.

I, as a solicitor, have worked with James on numerous matters and can only praise him highly. He is quick, efficient and gets the work done instantly. Any time I have needed him to chase the solicitors or Buyers/Sellers he has managed to turn things around not just with replies but pushed for completions too. I cannot fault him at all, would highly recommend him A* performance

I have been using PLG for a few years now and they manage to make my job so much easier with the management of clients' properties. I have taken advantage of them so many times with their essential extras and insurance for properties that other brokers wouldn't touch! No case is too difficult for them!

From start to finish, we were impressed with the customer service we received- the reception team were always so polite and helpful and always returned calls.
Initially we dealt with Darren but then we dealt with James as the transaction progressed.
James was so professional and nothing was too much trouble and he had so much patience, especially with an issue that was completely out of his control but which he calmly got us through. He kept in contact every week until completion and he kindly delivered us the keys, along with a lovely card signed by the staff which I thought was a lovely gesture.

Although it took a long time for the sale to go through, it was out of the control of PLG. They were with us from the beginning, chasing solicitors and in contact with us weekly. No question was unanswered and very patient helpful staff. James in particular was keeping us updated constantly and was a pleasure to work.

PLG assisted my wife and I with the purchase of our first home. They were extremely friendly and professional. The mortgage broker that they put us in touch with was extremely helpful and guided us through the process so that we never felt concerned. I would thoroughly recommend PLG for all you property sale or purchase needs.

PLG managed the sale of a property we purchased, from beginning to end James was fantastic, always contactable, friendly and helpful. We received regular updates from James on the status of our purchase and he was always happy to help us in a prompt manner with any enquiries we had. As with all business from the Darkside, it will not come as a surprise that their employees have been instructed to provide the -till today's review- unchallenged 5 star trust pilot score. Time to reveil the real picture behind Mr Hyde's PLGroup and their executer called Mia. Unashamedly presenting themselves as "a friendly and experienced team, keeping communication at the heard of what we do". However, this perfidious deceit instantly revealed itself as soon as we engaged with them; Jolted awake, we found ourselves confronted with a "business" as opaque as their logo. Unmatched are their levels of client bludgeoning: As soon as we engaged with PLG our dreams were shattered. Needless to say, a horridly complicated and stressful (nothing easy peasy at PLG) free-fall started, stumbling down beyond the last rung of the ladder, into something akin to nothing less than the deepest, darkest dungeons of Edward The Longshanks’s Hellhole. RIP.

James has been very helpful throughout the house buying process, always keeping me up to date, chasing the seller and very good at setting realistic expectations about timelines. Recommended.

Unrivalled Service - Cant recommend Darren and the team at the PLG enough. Nothing is ever too much trouble and each and every member of the team is approachable and professional at every step of the process.
