The shuttles seem to always be nearby and are staffed with the friendliest drivers

Driver saw me exit my vehicle and drove quickly over to get me. I forgot my charger in my vehicle so he pulled back to it (I had started walking) and let me grab it. On my return, the driver noticed how heavy my luggage was so he offered to take it directly to my vehicle and heave-ho it into my trunk.

Shuttles run frequently so you never have to wait too long. It's somewhat expensive if you buy the parking day-of, but the prices are pretty good if you buy in advance. I've parked here several times!

Dallas Love Field is a great location for Parking Spot. Easy in/out and quick pickup. Cost is almost half of the terminal pricing!

I loved that when we got off the shuttle, our car was 20 steps from the shuttle. I didn't have to walk a long way trying to remember where I had parked the car. Both shuttle drivers were super nice and the lady at the counter when we went inside was also very helpful. I felt like my car was a lot more secure at The Parking Spot compared to what I saw at the airport economy lot.

I highly recommend The Parking spot. The staff and drivers are all so nice and they come to pick you up at your car and drop you off at your car when you get back and help with your bags. It's so nice to know the vehicle is safe and under cover.

Easy to reserve, easy to enter parking lot with QR code on app, easy to park, shuttle busses run timely (almost never have to wait and if so, very short time). The whole system is very efficient. Been using Parking Spot for years now and they just keep getting better!
