Brilliant service! When ordering my lenses, I accidentally put in the wrong delivery address due to Apple Pay pre filling the information. I contacted the company through a message and within an hour or so I had a response and the situation was resolved. They were then delivered much quicker than I expected them to be. Can’t fault it.

Very impressed! I'm on a tight budget now so decided to shop around, and found that The Optical Store is £20 per month cheaper for my contact lenses! I expected delivery to take a while as Specsavers always take 2-3 weeks from placing an order to delivery.. but after ordering them on Sunday night, they arrived on Wednesday! 3 days!?! I will be ordering again 😊

I ordered YSL sunglasses and there was a glitch in the system which resulted in my order being delayed. I spoke to customer service and they were super efficient helping with getting it sorted. It got resolved very quickly and they honoured the price I paid when I ordered although there was a mistake involved.
Sunglasses arrived and I am super happy, they are genuine and looks absolutely stunning. Thank you thank you thank you! I am beyond happy and will be buying again.
