Excellent service

Excellent service. Really friendly staff. Wonderful website and quick service. Delivery chap was lovely and friendly and explained how to operate clearly and consicley. Would definitely use them for all necessary assistance in future.

I did not have a good experience…

I did not have a good experience dealing with Phillip. I wanted to purchase a chair which was advertised as being in stock. It wasn’t. Phillip took my details and said he would call me. He didn’t. I rang twice and left a message with a colleague. He didn’t show me the courtesy of a call back.
This rude behaviour is not acceptable.
I took my business elsewhere.
