Jon Wake with The Medicare Family responded to my inquiry on Medicare and supplemental insurance vs a Medicare advantage. Throughout many phone calls between the two of us, he spent many hours going over the different options and never got frustrated with me and my million questions and scenarios without complaint, and many calls back with answers. We finally came to a conclusion and within the day I was fully insured through a supplemental policy and prescription policy and a couple days later I have the cards in the mailbox. I appreciate all the helped me through this nerve racking decision.

Mike Locke was most helpful in answering my questions and proving honest advice. Definitely will use them should I have future Medicare questions.

Our Medicare Family representative/agent, Janel Joest, was patient, knowledgable and very helpful in explaining our options for replacing Medigap coverage. She explained and guided us through the application process. I was successful in replacing my policy, and my wife is waiting to hear about her application.

After trying to navigate myself on Medicare and selecting a supplement plan I realized I needed professional help. After watching the Medicare family on You tube, Sylvia gave easy to understand videos on each plan. Sylvia is definitely a down to earth person.
