First and foremost, I'd like to clarify that our shop uses certified 3rd party service for all payment processing. Secondary, your order was placed through Amazon.
On the 28th of August, you have placed an order with us through amazon for one of our products, as you weren't satisfied with the product, you have decided to return it. However, you have made an error, and instead of returning the correct product, you have returned to us a product purchased from another company.
We have informed you of this fact as of 3rd of September, my colleague has offered you opportunity to retrieve this item by providing us with a shipping label. Additionally, they have informed you of our retention policy.
As we have not received our product back, we were unable to issue a refund. Additionally, as you have not contacted us back in regards of the item you have sent, it was disposed of as per our retention policy. In the future I can only advise that you put more care into the correct dispatch of parcels, as to avoid such situations.

If I could give 0 stars I would
If I could give 0 stars I would , stay away from this seller , brought an outside water feature , took days for the solar panel to charge up despite it being very sunny, the water feature worked for all of 3 days , now the pump has broken and I am not eligible for a replacement, I don’t want a whole replacement just the pump would do but no I’m out of the 30 day return period! Absolutely joke and I’m sure they would feel outdone by if they had spent their hard earned money on something that doesn’t work! Go else where for your goods I know I will next time !
