The owner Nerya, team members Jack, Cheryl, Raj all absolutely professional and genuine. They have always looked for after me. Why do I keep going back to the Luxury hut? Simple YOU CAN TRUST THEM. I’ve heard so many horror stories from people who have gone else where and unfortunately they have been victims of fraud and dishonesty. Would not go anywhere else in Hatton Garden. I bought a Rolex Datejust 36 as my first ever luxury watch. Whilst it was advertised as not having a box there was mention of there being missing links. I did ask for it to be reduced in size which they did but then they only sent me some of the links, there were 3 missing. I paid 5,500 for the watch , I then went back to them 12 months later to upgrade my watch thinking I’d get a decent part exchange deal and was offered 2,600. When I questioned this I was told that was just how the market is, yet they had exactly the same watch on sale for 5,500 again. I was glad that I took my business to the kettle club who gave me double the part exchange value for my datejust.
