I am back for my third watch. That must say something absolutely awesome about Luxury Hut isn’t it?

I recently bought a Rolex Sea-dweller from The Luxury Hut. The service I received was excellent, as was the watch. This company certainly knows how to look after customers.
I have no hesitation in recommending them for anyone considering a purchase.

What a great experience with The Luxury Hut. The whole purchase transaction was quick, easy, and effortless from start to finish. When a return was requested this was dealt with professionally and was straight forward to arrange, also my refund was processed swiftly without any issues. I would not hesitate to use the The Luxury Hut again in the future. Also, a shout out to Cheryl whose customer service was outstanding!

From start to finish, 'The Luxury Hut' and in particular Raj, my point of contact, have been super responsive, highly professional and open and transparent in their dealings.

I spotted the watch online, it was very well described with supporting high quality images online at a fair price. The sale involved a trade-in, my watch was quickly valued at a fair price.

We met at their offices in Hatton Garden to complete the deal. Easy to get, I met Raj in their plush and comfortable meeting room. The room is very well laid out, light and airy with plenty of other watches to peruse.

I was offered refreshments and despite a mistake on my part, I inadvertently communicated a service receipt as service papers, the deal was wrapped up smoothly without issues. The watch was even better in real life and I was very happy with the final deal, Raj was a gentleman throughout.

I also have to thank his boss, who took the time to come out and chat, as well as adjusting the strap for me. It was a pleasure to hear his watch insights and experiences, both highly entertaining and enlightening.

I have bought many watches from a number of dealers both within and outside of the UK.

The experience of dealing with 'The Luxury Hut' is up there with the best, and I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone looking to buy a watch.

Super professional, no gimmicks or inflated pricing and discounting, just old fashioned proper trading - when I am next in the market to buy 'The Luxury Hut' will be my first port of call !!

I have been looking for a Rolex Skydweller for months then come across The Luxury Hut, made contact and nothing was too much trouble, asked for a video of the watch I was interested in and the sent it with in minutes of my request. The watch was very competitive priced so ordered and it was just as described perfect condition. When I look to purchase from the grey market The Luxury Hut will be my first port of call.

The watch is in excellent condition just as described. It was dispatched and delivered at convenient time and Luxury Hut kept me informed of delivery, they also reached out to offer to adjust the bracelet to fit my wrist.
The watch is beautiful, in mint condition. It was difficult to source this model in pristine condition but Luxury hut delivered.
