Exceptional service from start to finish, I enquired into a part exchange for a watch I owned, I had an immediate response and sent my watch to them, I had a call from them to tell me it had arrived, within the hour I was given a very fair offer and I part exchanged it for pre owned watch, which arrived in superb packaging, the watch was in perfect condition and this was all done in less than 48 hours, Raj was brilliant throughout, professional and friendly, I would not hesitate in recommending them and hope to do more business with them in the future 10/10 service

Everything was correct and well organized, except that the watch could have been in better optical condition. Technically, I have no complaints, but aesthetically, you could have tried harder so that I would have been more pleasantly surprised!

Excellent service from start to finish , lovely surroundings and a nice cold drink was an added touch .
Reserved online by Jack until we got to the store , fabulous knowledge of my item all genuine receipts was as advertised .
We saved a£1000 in total for an item that was a few months old and in perfect condition so I’m very happy .
Great service and I’m sure we will be back.

Sadly I wasn't a good judge of her particular style taste.
This is were I see the value of trust with Luxury Hut, they took the watch back with no issue. Still looking for the "right" watchbfor my wife.

Excellent value for money too. They answered all my questions - nothing was too much trouble (including sending photos). Really couldn't fault this company and would highly recommend them.
