I spoke with Loren about ordering 5 generation pedigrees because I could not do it online due to a problem. Loren was very helpful & took my order & dealt with it immediately. I also received confirmation emails. I was very pleased with her service. Thank you Loren.

The phone was answered quickly. Loren listened carefully to my query and in only a few minutes referred to the correct department and came back with an answer for me. A very courteous and efficient customer service. Keep up the brilliant work

One of my pedigree certs did not arrive. I waited the appropriate length of time then phoned & spoke to Marie. She was very helpful & arranged for a new cert to be sent out. It has arrived today, so I'm happy now. I'm not sure how an A3 item can go missing in the post though.....

Thanks to Gloria we could organise a three generation pedigree as the Web site was daunting to embark on!

Had a problem with the website and lost all my work the night before the woman I contacted to be honest wasn't much help but the reason I gave 5 stars to the review was this morning I got an Earth's Angel called Marie who sorted the problem out giving Me the help and support I needed as tech is not one of My strong points but this young lady sorted out the problem in the way public expect and done a 5 * job in doing so. So thanks Marie and 5 * from Me to you ❤️

I have spoken with Loren several times and she is fantastic. She is always really helpful, polite and knowledgeable.

I contacted Loren today to discuss my new litter registration. I had made some errors completing the online form and she got the issues sorted out and puppy registration authorised for me.

Im not the kind of person to complain but me and my family took our dog, Oakley, to kennel club thinking it would be a nice place for our dog to go to whilst we went to Dorset for 2 days. It looked cosy and comfy indoors, but little did we know, there was another part to this place. We had bones for our dog as he is a labrador and needs something to chew. But this is where it gets frustrating. So, we collected our dog after being on holiday and we came back to him looking terribly tired and a sore throat from barking. It was obvious that he didn't enjoy this experience and had been lied to because he hadnt been given his bones that he BIT THROUGH HIS HARNESS!!!! Not happy and won't be leaving our dog here with people who dont know how to really look after dogs that need more attention than they thought
