went through having no business experience prior having tried dropshipping, print on demand and also a bit of trading to realising I have the skill of ai automation (one whic people are willing to pay for) the community helped so much in guiding me to understand how to use this skil to deliver exeptional results in the market and then obviously profit from it which now takes me to more than 10 k cash collected from starting at ground zero habing burned all my money on facebook ads while failing dropshipping. would definitely recommend the mentorship

I went from being at square one (realising I have a skill) to being able and to create a done-for-you service that I can earn a life changing income from. I couldn’t recommend the stp inner circle enough to anyone trying to start a business or trying to grow their own small business

The Kaizen isnt just another 'follow my scheme and you can get rich' it's not about that. The people in this program understand that growing a business and making money online is hard, but you know what's harder... trying to do that without a community and without coaching. Thats what you get if you join the Kaizen.

I wouldn't where I am, or as confident as I am without joining this program. So if you are actually serious, take the jump.

Joined Kaizen in July 2025 with zero skills (or so I thought) and I am now set to leave quit my 9-5 in September 2025! The framework, community, coaching and resources are amazing and if you follow everything Callum says, there’s almost NO way you can fail. If you are on the fence, I’m telling you to just take the leap and do it- you won’t regret it.

I saw the Kaizen grow from a daily newsletter giving golden nuggets every day, into the thriving community that it is now. When I heard Callum was offering the Skill2Profit, I didn't hesitate and have never looked back.

It's professional, high-level and offers everything you could want to help you build a business - from the content and resources, to the support and feedback from the live and active community, 1-1 messaging with the coaches and weekly QnA calls - which for me is where they really get to shine.

Throughout the journey Callum and the team have really impressed me with just how much they know and share, on top of constantly adding new modules and ways to improve the Kaizen (living up to the name).

All of the resources are excellent, but I wanted to call out the weekly live Group Calls as proof these folks really know what they are talking about.

During these Google Meet calls, the coaches answer questions live from their members, and although there is often a specific topic, they must think on their feet in front of everyone to provide an immediate answer or piece of advice.

Being able to respond so well in live situations shows me they know exactly what they are talking about and are people to pay attention to.

I highly recommend The Kaizen and their inner circle to anyone serious about making their business a success.

I joined The Inner Circle making $3k/mo and left making $8.1k/mo. Callum gave me a lot of clarity into what selling a solution actually means and how I could do that in my business. The service is incredibly tailored and at no point I felt like I didn't get my money's worth. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to take business seriously and be surrounded by people who are in the same path.

I have been working with Callum & The Kaizen team for well over a year now. Previously, I had been trying my hand at YouTube Automation & TikTok Faceless Pages without luck.

I joined STP with the skill of copywriting. I made my first 5k in two months of joining, my first 10k within 13 weeks of joining and have now been pacing 10-15k months with Callum's help. I cannot explain the value of 1-1 coaching - you don't need a course, you need direct 1-1 help on your business.

Very value rich course content, everything from sales strategies to wellbeing and outreach methods. Each lesson comes with worksheets, links and more.

My business was stuck at the $1000 usd for months, I couldn't see what was wrong or where to go. I am now at a $4000 a month income.

You are added into a group chat just for you, Zack the success manager is great super friendly and fast response time. Callum also adds in with expertise and calls are on a need basis. You can put anything in there from content creation help, to work stress or specific questions and they will do their best to support.

The community is incredible, everyone trying to give each other feedback and support.

It is scary taking the leap especially as it is a large investment, but it also helps to keep you accountable.

I joined the IC in October 2024. I had no experience in online business and no idea what skills I could monetise. The course content, Callum and the other coaches have hugely helped me progress to now running a business online however the greatest asset for me was the community. I’ve connected with lots of entrepreneurs, ahead of me and at the same point, many of which I communicate with weekly to collaborate on ideas and projects.

Information is very very value heavy giving you 10+ hours worth of valuable content taking you from A-Z.

Mentors are very helpful and it’s a very supportive community

It's so refreshing being in a group where everyone’s chasing their goals and sharing seriously valuable stuff, all while going after different things.

The coaches are great and know a lot to help you out. You still got to put in a lot of work but they are there to make sure you stay on track. Would definitely recommend if you are serious about succeeding in business.

I’ve been following Callum and his journey from the beginning. Seeing him grow into such a purpose driven mission with the Kaizen is really nice to see.

I’m one of the Skill to Profit mentees. I told Callum what I wanted to accomplish and he immediately challenged me, which made me really consider what I wanted out of a business. We determined an agency model would be the right fit to achieve my ambitions and I was given very practical and actionable guidance to build my agency from the ground up.

In less than a month I had replaced my full time income and quit my 9-5. Now I'm in a good position to scale and grow my company past that 10k a month mark.
If you have any doubts, let me tell you that my skill was creating spreadsheets, as long as you apply the knowledge that is taught you will succeed.

So far I am at the start of my journey but it's been great being part of the Inner Circle. I have gone from no knowledge in the entrepreneurial space & limited confidence in myself.. to a 2.0 version of myself.

Not only is Callum's support great but there is other coaches plus other students like myself to learn from and bounce ideas off of.
