Callum and his team are first of all…

Callum and his team are first of all very good at what they do, they have put together a bank of video modules that have genuinely helped me start and make money from my own biz.

They are always fast to reply if I have any questions, which makes a huge difference. The weekly QNA’s are always packed with value and advice tailored to your own biz.

I’ve learnt more about business from…

I’ve learnt more about business from Callum and the team more than anywhere else! They are alongside you every step of the way, always helping and answering any questions that I have. I’m super pleased that I joined when I did, you can do the course alongside work and uni, it’s easy to follow, flexible and practical. Just take the step and invest in yourself and you won’t regret.

Amazing team and communication.

I’ve been a part of the program for some time now, and it’s been an amazing experience. From the guidance to the course itself. Everybody pushes you to be the best version of yourself here. In my personal experience, I’ve been open about my struggles and successes over the time and they have been nothing but helpful with me. In every single aspect. Apart from Callum which is a great inspiration and a really knowledgeable person and the rest of the mentors, I want to give a special thanks to Zach and Jake (even though he joined the team recently) because they hold me the most accountable and push me to go further. I have great plans for the future and I hope I can share my successes with the team throughout my journey.
The course in itself is super rich and content-filled. It encompasses a LOT of stuff. Everything is helpful and I haven’t found anything I haven’t used. There are a lot of call recordings and the QnA’s are super useful.
Again, special thanks to the team for keeping me in check and helping me grind.

Amazing

Amazing resources, well built community and coaches ready to answer any question.
My experience with the program has been a positive one and in a sea of misinformation that is the internet, here I found actual knowledge.
The community promotes consistency and from when I started this program 6 months ago until now, it has actively gotten better.

Great experience

Worth it !

It’s a great group of motivated and supportive people with coaches providing really useful 1-1 feedback and support. I have found it super useful as they provide so much support and experience as well as tried and tested systems to give you the best chance to get you to your goals. I highly recommend it!

BEST COMMUNITY EVER

Great experienced coaches in the community that go the extra mile to assist you and make sure you are supported through the journey. The members in community itself are very interactive and are there to answer questions and help you with mock calls to the best of their abilities, also the accountability is off the charts in this community. When I tell you the members and coaches actively engage and hold you accountable to what you said you were going do is amazing, this makes it so much easier to keep your head in the game and keep going without falling back. Would 100% recommend to anyone who wants to take their skills and turn it into a business. I’ve learned so much since I joined and have seen great results business wise and even in my personal life!

My experience with the Kaizen

I have been a part of the Kaizen group for just over half a year now and I can truly say it is incredible. The support you receive now matter the calibre of your entrepreneurship is outstanding. I have had many times where i have felt unmotivated and loathed the idea of doing work but the way that the support team jee you up and are there incase you need pretty much anything is next to none. The guides are all in depth and very helpful, but also the community is a great tool you can use to your advantage with people in the same niches being able to provide support when required. It is worth every penny and I would definitely recommend to other aspiring business owners.

Misleading Sales Experience & Contract Discrepancies

I recently attended an onboarding/sales call for this program and decided not to proceed due to significant discrepancies between what was promised verbally and what was written in the legal agreement.

During the call, the sales representative characterized the contract as merely an "itemized receipt." However, upon insisting to read it before payment, I found it was a binding legal agreement with strict clauses.

Prospective clients should be aware of two specific contradictions I observed:

The Guarantee: Verbally, I was told the team would work with me indefinitely until I made a specific ROI. The contract, however, strictly limited the term to 3 months and contained an "Action-Based" refund policy that is voided if the user misses weekly attendance.

Refund Policy: Section 3.i of their agreement states that "no refunds shall be offered once Trainee has first accessed the digital course material." This directly contradicts the "risk-free" nature of the guarantee pitched on the call.

I recommend anyone interested in this program insist on reading the full contract before providing payment details, as the written terms differ heavily from the verbal sales pitch.

UPDATE [December 17th]:
The company's reply below contains factual inaccuracies regarding both the contract and our meeting.

On Communication: The reply claims I should have raised these discrepancies during the call. I did. When I pointed out the inconsistent math and missing contract terms live on the call, the representative stated, "I don't think it will be a good fit" and ended the meeting. They were not open to clarification; they ended the sales process when questioned.

On Term Length: They claim here that support lasts "as long as needed." However, Section 2 of their contract explicitly states the term is "3 months" and that obligations are "deemed as fulfilled" after 90 days.
On Refunds: They admit below that refunds are not offered once digital material is accessed. Since you must access the material to start the program, the "Action-Based Guarantee" is effectively impossible to claim without first voiding your refund rights under Section 3.i.

My warning stands: The verbal promises (indefinite support, open communication) do not match the reality of the sales call or the legal text

Hi Gaspar, First and foremost, I just want to apologise for the negative experience that you had with the Kaizen team.

It's never our intention to leave prospects with a bad taste regardless of whether you choose to work with us or not.

I did, however, want to respond to the claims made in your review just to share our side of the interaction and clear some things up.

The contract, as expected, is a contract. It was described as an "itemised receipt" because it outlines in detail what's included within the programme, but of course, as many contracts entail, there are sections that cover the agreement as well as terms and conditions.

With our Skill to Profit programme, we stand by our action-based guarantee. Due to it being a 3-month programme, we are not naive enough to assume that it will only take 3 months for clients to recoup their investment; therefore, within the clause, we include an action-based guarantee which states that as long as the client is showing considerable activity, has watched all of the training and attends at least two (2) live Q&A sessions per week, or watches replays within one (1) week, then the action-based guarantee remains in place and clients will retain access for as long as needed up until they recoup their initial investment.

This is due to the fact that we cannot guarantee your success if you are not putting in the work on your end regardless of our support, resources and guidance.

This is quite standard; it's a guarantee with contingencies that you will remain a client for as long as need be, providing you are holding up your end of the agreement.

The refund policy is correct; we do not offer refunds due to the instant access to over 100 hours of recorded material. This does not, however, contradict the risk-free element of the agreement, as the guarantee is in place to ensure that the risk is mitigated.

It's a shame that you have turned to make a public review and multiple other claims on other platforms; typically, when a prospect is unclear on the contract agreement, they let their account representative know, and everything is made clear from that point onwards.

In an ideal world, you would have let us know you felt there was a discrepancy, and we would happily have had another call with you to clear things up so that you were fully aware of all areas of the agreement.

A great decision !

I joined The Kaizen in April of this year with no notable skill or any idea of business frameworks. Callum and the team, as well as the community, have helped with every aspect of building a business. Itʼs great to have people with experience, on hand to offer advice and being surrounded by people on the same journey as you is very motivating.
