A handbag my husband bought for me some years ago had a very large water stain on it so I sent it to Clare and her team.
I have received my restored bag back today and I could not be happier with the final product.
There is no damage, it has been cleaned inside and out, the handles have been restored and it has also been completely waterproofed.
The communication has been very easy and reassuring.

I can’t thank Clare enough for the beautiful repair to my beloved mulberry bag.
Somehow in my carelessness I had managed to rip one handle where the strap attaches right off, making it unusable and leaving me v upset!
Clare has restored it, and you would never know it was different to the original. I’m delighted!
The bag was returned to me beautifully wrapped and the service was amazing, highly highly recommend

Mulberry Somerset Shoulder Bag

My elderly but very loved Somerset’s zip and lining had both died and really the bag was looking like it was showing it’s age, hard working life and unusable.

Clare was brilliant, great communication and fantastic workmanship. My Somerset looks like new and ready for a whole new life - and I promise to look after her much better Clare!

My beloved Mulberry Bayswater showed that bottom corner problem …… exposed wires and was looking very fatty. I was told of The Handbag Restoration Company by a complete stranger who overheard me moaning about how my bag looked so worn. The best advertising comes word of mouth ……… my tatty Bayswater is now beautifully restored to it’s former glory. I paid £10 extra for a conditioning treatment which the leather needed. The corners blend perfectly into the age of the bag - not an obvious stiff brand new piece of leather. My bag was 10 years old and will now definitely last more than that again. Thank you Clare for the prompt and professional wonderful customer service and the return of my restored beloved Mulberry bag. X

I was so upset when the shoulder strap snapped on by crossbody Gucci bag.
From my initial enquiry to Clare, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with her. All contact was very efficient, informative and timely.
I was advised that the repair may take between 8 to 10 weeks which was fine. You can imagine my delight when I received a message after 4 weeks saying “she” was ready. My bag arrived in a sturdy cardboard box with bubble wrap and wrapped in crisp white tissue and tied with a beautiful ribbon bow, such a nice touch. I had my beloved Prada Boots repaired and the work done was outstanding. Given them a new lease of life and at least another 10 years!
