Incredible service and workmanship. My Gucci bag needed relining and I wanted the strap extended. I am absolutely delighted with the work carried out. It's like a brand new bag. Throughout the process, the company responded to my numerous emails and questions promptly. Nothing seemed too much trouble and they kept my updated with photos during the restoration.

The process was smooth and seamless from start to finish. I received a fair quote for reinking the leather handle and received clear photos of 'before' and 'after' as soon as the work was completed. THRC did a tricky replacement of a broken zip on my Mulberry handbag. Their quote was less than another company in London and they had a better rating on Trustpilot. First class job - Clare transferred the original Mulberry zip-pull on to the new zip so it looks like new. Repair completed early and prompt delivery. Highly recommend this company.

Clare has done the most amazing job with my beloved 30 year old Mulberry handbag. It looks incredible, all the marks removed, small holes repaired and a new zip fitted, reusing the original leather pull tag as I'd wanted. Pricing was really transparent and itemised, so it was easy to decide how much work you wanted completing. My bag came back beautifully packaged too. I'd thoroughly recommend using her service.

Received a quick, detailed and honest quote, at a fair price.
Quotes from another company were gougingly excessive.
Didn't go ahead as the manufacturer provided a replacement strap.
But if I ever needed a handbag repair or renovation in the future, this company would be top of the list.

From the quote to the refurbish, everything was easy and professional. I chose a DPD pick up which suited me.
Will def use again as my bag looks amazing and I thought a great price.
