I initially hesitated due to some negative reviews, but the competitive price led me to take the plunge, and I'm glad that I did! My order was delivered within three days, and the tracking details kept me in the loop.
Being disabled, I faced a challenge bringing the item into my room. Upon reaching out to customer support, they went above and beyond to arrange for the courier to deliver it inside, despite the insurance implications. The courier driver was incredibly kind, unwrapping the mattress and placing it on the bed.
The mattress itself exceeded expectations and suits my needs perfectly. I have to give a solid five stars for the outstanding service. It's apparent that negative reviews may not always reflect the true experience; in my case, it was exceptional. Sometimes, people share their experiences based on individual preferences, and I'm grateful for the top-notch assistance I received.

A bad experience and still unresolved - would never buy from them again!!
We ordered a pair of single beds that turned up weeks later than advised on the website.
The beds had incorrect parts so we raised a ticket with them. An initial holding response and then nothing for weeks.
We’re still chasing them and not getting any replies. With no contact number available, the service from this company is terrible.

Avoid. Lies, chipped and dented furniture. No customer service
I have a feeling they buy for very cheap furniture that has defects from the manufacturer and sell it to people for high profits.
My order obviously came with multiple defects. Cosmetic chips and dents. I contacted customer service, they told me to give them the parts number, I did and now they are just blanking me now. I've been waiting a couple of weeks without a reply and now I am tired.
Also they initially lied about the delivery dates.

Disappointed to say the least
Extremely disappointed with the transaction. I purchased a bed from here that was delivered on 3rd November without the necessary screws and bolts to put it together. I initially enquired about getting some replacement parts sent out, to which they said their supplier was out of stock of the item and would not be getting stock until late November, which was understandable, but too long to wait. I enquired about the dimensions of the screws needed to fit the bed together on the 9th November. I was only given the dimensions of the screws on the 20TH DECEMBER. During this period they failed to respond to my emails enquiring about this and in the end I was left with no other choice but to contact the manufacturer of the bed, which facilitated a prompt response. Even after this they sent me the dimensions of the parts I already knew the dimensions for and not the screws I had asked for. They were completely incompetent, unresponsive and offered no form of recompense for the product that they supplied that was not fit for purpose. Useless and will not be a returning customer.
