Muslin Blankets are great.

The ordering was great. This is my 2nd order. I slept with the first blanket I got and I was blown away with how cool it felt and how light it was on my body. I was converted on the spot to Muslin. I recommend these blankets for sure.

Ghosted by Customer Service

A month ago, I would have given them 4*.

Why the drop? Customer service.

The blankets are nice enough, but smaller than advertised. I measured them fully stretched out, and the measurements didn't match what they said. Plus, when buying a blanket, you tend to pick the size based on how it lays naturally, not how wide it is if weighed down by weights on either side. But I was willing to let that go.

However, one of the blankets had a stain on it when it arrived. I had intended to gift this blanket and now cannot. I emailed customer service about the issue, with a photo, and also mentioned the sizing issue. The first reply was clearly a canned response to the sizing issue since it's likely a common complaint. No acknowledgement of the stain.

I did get a response about the stain in the end and was offered a partial refund or a replacement. I chose a replacement. I sent the email agreeing to the replacement a month ago. I've received no further communication, nor have I received a blanket or tracking to indicate one has been sent. I have reached out twice since then to ask about shipping or tracking. Nothing. Dead silence. I'm clearly either going to have to gift the stained blanket or find a replacement gift, and never purchase from this company again.

Stuff happens. How a company handles it is really what matters and Fleece Company seemed to handle it well... and then dropped the ball.

I ordered 2 of the linen throws

I ordered 2 of the linen throws , I am not happy as they are so much smaller than I ordered and would only fit a child’s bed , I am now in the process of having to return to Switzerland paying the cost myself . I’m trying to find out company email in Switzerland and Swiss phone number as I’m unable to book return without these details , very frustrating.. website very misleading as looks like UK company

Best blankets

Easy ordering. Good price. Blankets are sooooo soft and easy to wash. And they dry quite quickly. Quality is excellent! So glad i got a few of them.

Blankets

I ordered the muslin blankets they come in various colours and I am very happy with them, they wash up beautifully and are easy to shape up & iron nicely. I have used one during the hot weather It was light so no heaviness in your body. I would recommend this product to family and friends.
