I ordered 2 of these muslin blankets…

I ordered 2 of these muslin blankets for the hot weather and they are great. They wash well and keep you lovely and cool at night. Have just ordered 2 more on a get one free offer in a bigger size. Unless you really pull them out as they dry, they are on the small side. I originally ordered the 150 x 200 size thinking that they would fit my kingsize 5' bed but the only go about halfway across. My only complaint is that although it says it ships within 3 days, mine took nearly 3 weeks to arrive

Straight forward presentation

Straight forward presentation. Would have preferred to see the cart before going to checkout. Otherwise, initial impression favourable. The product & the quality & the smooth delivery are still pending.

Really Disappointed

An all around really disappointing experience. I ordered 2 queen blankets. Shipping seemed rather expensive. They arrived, and instead of being 60 x 80, they were 56" x 69". They were also VERY thin. (look close at their picture online, they are folding back 2 layers in the picture). I requested a return because I couldn't use anything that small. They stated that they should stretch out with use (seems odd to me, but maybe)- but since they have a 30 day return window, I didn't want to risk it. So yeah, I was allowed to return them- but I had to pay the shipping to Germany from the USA. Beware- this is the only return address that they offer. I wasn't offered any concessions even though I did not get a product in the size that I paid for. The customer service is nice and pleasant enough- but left me feeling cheated anyway. I wish I'd never ordered them.

Hidden & unexplained Charges…

When ordering and you give me a "free" gift, you should show that upfront price first, then should give customers choice about that $4.95 charge for pkg care. That's an additional $ cost I might not want, so it should be optional and described as to what it includes. I find it deceptive that you only put it at end when I ordered an additional blanket at a reduced rate. Skip the gimmicks and be more upfront or you'll lose customers regardless of products. Sizing is ridiculous

Sizing is ridiculous. The company is falsely advertising using the terms “Full”, “Queen”, “King”, etc. The actual dimensions are insanely small, making the product grossly overpriced and the customer beyond disappointed. This is a scam of a company and I will never purchase from them again, nor will I recommend this to anyone else.
