Easy ordering process, great variety of product

Looks like a good product and I wanted one and the other 2 for Christmas presents.

I am beyond disgusted with this company, DO NOT BUY their 'BLANKETS"...they are not blankets, they are the size of a throw! When I rec'd my 2 supposedly queen sized (buy one get one free) from China by the way, I thought it was just a mistake that they sent me the wrong size. They had me send multiple photos of it stretched, and STILL INSISTED it was the right size - it was literally a joke how small it was. If I had 4 people pulling it at each corner I still don't think I could've gotten it to the size they claim (which incidentally, their queen sized dimensions they claim are only the size of the TOP OF A QUEEN SIZE BED! WHO DOES THAT??) And you can't put it in the dryer or you'll end up with a baby blanket! What blanket can't be put in the dryer these days unless it's wool .This is paper thin cotton - it should be able to be easily washed and dried.

And then as you've seen in other reviews, when they continued to insist it was the right size, I found out it gets returned to GERMANY! cute trick... so no one will want to return it... who is going to pay 3x the amt of the order to ship it back??!

Ridiculous, deceptive, terrible company if this is the way they treat their customers. It's shocking how horrible they are. This is not normal for me to leave such an awful review... I'm usually very kind and forgiving, but I feel I need to warn others.

I told them to stop deceptively calling them "blankets" - they are not. The one I rec'd couldn't even be tucked into a single sized bed, let alone a queen. But I'm stuck with it.

BUYER BEWARE!! I wish I had gone to Trust Pilot before I purchased from them... I've been "fleeced" for sure!

Sara was very detailed in her response email and replied in a timely manner. She was able to quickly resolve my issue, hassle free!

I successfully ordered, and hope I will receive, two muslin blankets.

Took weeks to arrive. Cheap packaging, shipped from China, horrid colour and feel. Bought because of the buy one get one fee offer. A complete waste of money.

Love the muslin blankets, just ordered our 3 & 4th one.

I received the order I placed and noticed one of the blankets had a sewing error. I notified the company and Michele reached out in a timely manner. She recommended a few options as a solution. I am very happy with Michele and the customer service she offered.

There was a mix up with my order in the beginning but my sales representative, Theresa, worked very hard to insure I received my blankets. She was professional and personable. I was very pleased with her efforts. The blankets are everything they promised they would be. Keep in mind, they are meant to be decorative, they are light, soft, yet warm. It is a cozy blanket that you will carry around from room to room.

I have ordered 6 blankets as of today. I love them so much. Thank you for these beautiful blankets. They get softer after each wash. If you have a pet be careful because the b look a let is east to snag. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have only given this 1 star as 0 is not an option! Avoid this company. The quality of the products is very poor and nothing like the pictures in their adverts or on their website. Despite a UK web address, returns are to Germany and products originally come from China. Returns are at the buyers expense and from the UK you end up paying customs duty on top of postage. There is no guarantee you'll get your refund either! Very bad company and once again poor Chinese quality pretending to be something reputable which it isn't!

I dislikeable fact I had to return the blankets to Germany costing £15 to be tracked. The parcel came back as it couldn't be delivered..
I complained. Theresa wrote back immediately and I sent a photo as proof. She dealt with my complaint resulting in a refund. I am now left in possession of 2 blankets which I will donate to charity unless asked to do anything else.
