Buyer Beware-Scam

Similar to other complaints, I received two blankets that were marketed as "Queen" size but they are twin size. When I emailed the company for a refund, they required me to send the items back to a German address at my own cost. This is a scam company, using deceptive marketing practices. BUYER BEWARE, they call items Queen, King, Twin, etc but the measurements are not those sizes. E.g. The standard size needed for a queen bed blanket is 90 x 90 inches, with many manufacturers offering a longer 90 x 100 inch variant for better foot coverage. However, this company is selling a 60x80 inch and calling it Queen. Most consumers will only look at Queen, not the inches. They then discourage the consumer to return the item by not paying for return shipping. Total hoax and fake business. Plus, the product is cheaply made and poor quality.

Tiny blankets

The product was not as expected and not worth the price. I ordered the "full" size blanket and assumed that at around $80, even with the BOGO, the blankets would indeed be full-sized. They can only be described as full-sized baby blankets. Or perhaps card table-sized. I am less than five feet tall, and my feet and shins stick out at the bottom. I should have returned them immediately, but I reeaally wanted to like them. Now it's too late, so hopefully I can prevent someone else from getting (forgive the pun) fleeced.

Still not here!

The blankets were paid 2 weeks ago, still haven't arrived but are marked as "delivered". If I want to see where the parcel is at I have to download a random app...
Also, I get advertising every day even though I have chosen several time

It’s been 14 days since I ordered and…

It’s been 14 days since I ordered and 11 since a tracking number was generated but the package has not moved. I emailed the company to enquire about where the package is and they did not respond. I wish I never made this purchase.

Ive used Muslim blankets for all my children so I know how amazing they are! This is a 1st to get myself a full-size one for myself and I was shocked to see I could get 1 for everyone and save so much money! This deal is incredible!

Beautiful, soft and light blanket.

I ordered these blankets when they had an offer. Annoyingly I only received one. After emailing them, Novem was able to help me and send another one. Customer service was great. The blankets are perfect for this warm weather, light and soft. I was very grateful when I received the second one too. I would definitely recommend this company.

I am completely dissatisfied with both…

I am completely dissatisfied with both the product quality and the service provided by this company. My experience was an absolute waste of time and money, and I deeply regret making this purchase.
Here is why:
- Delivery took over three weeks.
- Inaccurate order fulfillment: Three out of the four blankets arrived in the wrong sizes.
- Deceptive product images: The main blanket I ordered was an entirely different shade than advertised, far beyond any standard lighting variance.
- Unresponsive customer service: The support team took several days to respond to each message.
- Unfair return policy: The company forces customers to pay out-of-pocket to return items that were incorrectly sent in the first place.
Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Complaint resolution

Theresa was extremely helpful in resolving an issue I had related to the cost of product return. I was dissatisfied with my cost to return a product from the USA TO GERMANY and she was able to assist me with this. Great customer service.
