I made 3 attempt to cancel my order…

I made 3 attempt to cancel my order starting with the same day i placed the order, every attempt response was confirmation that my order was coming soon. Shipping took over a week and once received, although I ordered king size I received blankets suited for a twin bed. Very disappointing and based on the return reviews it is not worth the hassle. I guess that's the point. Lesson learned buy local.

Great Product- Superb Customer Service

I would highly recommend this product to anyone who values natural fibres. They come with a selection of beautiful colours. The customer service is excellent! I have been assisted by Sara. She was very helpful and professional. Knowledgeable and keen to provide information you need. Sara helped me resolve my issue with the product dimension and the transaction was seamless. Very highly recommended- one happy customer 😊

Works really well during hot weather

I already have a muslin blanket & it has been a very timely purchase in this current heatwave - it feels soft & light so provides comfort without overheating.
Unsure about the important instruction NOT to tumble dry , however it washed really well & maintained its softness after natural drying.

I hope the products are good because…

I hope the products are good because the purchase and experience felt scammy all the way through. There were multiple upsells, add-ons and false scarcity timers.

After purchase there were multiple offers as well. Having them ask for a review based on marketing alone and no experience with the product is another red flag.

I get the sense that if I don't like the product, it will be difficult to make them honor their guarantee.

I would have given zero stars if I…

I would have given zero stars if I could. Do not buy anything from this company! I bought 2 pairs of pjs - which were unwearable, size and cut all wrong, designed for hobbits I believe. And neither my daughter or I are big 45kg and 55kg respectively. Pants were very short and weirdly cut and tight not comfortable like winter pjs should be - strangest ever. So I returned them as advised to a dodgy address they gave me in Germany. After paying a ridiculous amt of postage and nearly 6 weeks later - we received the undeliverable parcel - returned to sender. Worst online shopping experience ever. Just don’t do it!
