Did not send correct quantity, very hard to get in touch with anyone, no tracking information provided, issue still not resolved a month later.

Quick delivery! Up the farmers 💪🏼💪🏼

What I ordered was out of stock but I was not notified. I had to ask what had happened to the order after several weeks of no delivery. I then heard nothing for another month despite many emails, messages and phone requests for more info. I finally got through on the phone last thrs to find out stock was now in and I would get the order posted Monday. Better communication is needed so customers are kept informed if orders are delayed.

Slow or no delivery. Email requests slow in reply. Unacceptable for farming supplies.

This experience was not as good as my first. When item order it said it was in stock. After three weeks I contacted them to be told they were still waiting for the item. After multiple calls over a number of weeks it was finally there to be delivered - 8 weeks after being ordered and paid for. I was most disappointed that I had to keep checking back - not actually with the delay. Customer service were lovely each time I spoke with them and sent me a follow-up email each time. In the end they also refunded my postage - but this also took close to a month and a few phone calls to get sorted

Still haven't received my goods which were ordered in August. You have never once contacted me, I have had to chase you each week. Crap service and will never use you again.

Took two and a half months to get my order, actually I don't even have them yet, all I know is they're on their way.

Fantastic customer service. The farm store kept me up to date on my order and it was delivered promptly. I would recommend The farm store to anyone. And I'll be using them again myself.

Staff helpful on the phone but the website said free postage on first order if you subscribe to newsletter which I did. Freight was $19.50 with $14.95 credited back so I paid $4.55 for my free freight. I don't mind that but then I was told I had to pay an extra $20plus for freight as my order was heavy. I advised of free freight and thankfully they left it at the $4.55 I had already paid. Sadly on arrival of my order I was also missing my drontal puppy worming suspension so I am now having to buy that elswhere as the farmstore is not answering today and as shipping took 1 week to arrive (acceptable), I can't afford to wait another week for it. Vic holiday??

Quick response, quick shipment

Very very slow delivery. After the initial order acknowledgement email nothing happened until I rang to find out where my order was over two weeks after I placed it. I was given the impression on the phone that I was supposed to just wait and wait and wait with no follow up communication from Farm Store,
They did resolve the issue and I did get the goods 4 days after I rang but I get the impression that if I had not rung I would still be waiting.
probably won't order from this company again. It appears to me that they are simply a web site that does not hold stock and orders items in only after they are sold.

Product took over 6 weeks to arrive. We had to keep chasing up the order to find out what was happening. Then got a very brief 'its on its way' most of the time with very little apparent care or concern for the poor service response

Website is organised and easy to find what your looking for, simple and pleasant to deal with! Awesome
