Excellent Web Site with Parts Diagrams
Excellent web site with parts diagrams and able to supply the whole range of La Pavoni parts. I have just spent just over £200 on a new base, new boiler element and new pressure ‘stat together with ancillary parts such as seals and gaskets. I have been able to refurbish my 12 year old La Pavoni Professional lever machine, which I regularly service and it is looking great and brewing excellent Espresso!!

Poor customer service
I've used the espresso shop a few times over the years with no problems. But it's when things go wrong that you find out about a company's customer service. The parts I ordered didn't arrive and there was cpontradictory info on the courier web site. The Espresso Shop weren't that interested in sorting out the problem, just telling me to wait. Eventually I had to raise a dispute with Paypal to get them to take action, so 23 days after my order and 23 days without a working coffee machine they refunded me. Then of course I had to start all over again to get the parts I needed, but fortunately they arrived 2 days later. I won't be using The Espresso Shop again.

Sorry that you are so disappointed but to be fair, you were notified about items being out of stock and asked if you would like to wait or be refunded. As we remember you were happy to wait but due to supplier issue, this took longer than we had antisipated. Of course we apologised and swiftly refunded your order when instructed but at no point were you left without an option.

The working drawings of the Rancilio…
The working drawings of the Rancilio coffee machine with parts numbers as well as explanation of differences between old and new Steam Boilers – were extremely helpful.
Plus the ability to add parts to shopping cart meant I could go back to the drawings to locate and add the correct boiler seal to my cart.
