OEM Part Paid For, Non-OEM Part Received
I purchased a Nuova Simonelli OEM boiler element but seem to have received a similar, though unsuitable unit. There are minor differences to the element sheath arrangement as well as the sleeve in which the temperature safety switch is supposed to be installed into. This is a safety issue as the temperature safety switch must be able to effectively cut off power to the boiler - with the provided unit, the OEM safety switch does not fit. I submitted an online ticket to their customer service department but as yet, have received no response let alone a resolution from them.

Not sure what it has to do with trusting us?? We dispatched your order the same day that you ordered. The issue lies with the shipping company of which we have tried everything to try and locate your order. Sadly we have no control over how it travels to you. They have deemed you order "Lost In Transit" and your order has now been fully refunded.

Hi Richard, as per your initial email, we still have not had a response from FedEx but can see from the tracking that it is at the hub in Toronto awaiting some kind of Customs Clearance. usually, they would contact you to get this resolved. Check your junk folder for emails. We will do what we can from this end.

Parcel was never delivered
Items purchased were supposed to be sent via Fed Ex...somehow they ended up missing...was told Fed Ex handed the parcel off to Canada Post...during a Canada Post Strike.

Hi there, We can only apologise that this happened and do not know why FedEx pass over to Canada Post. Something to do with the small packets can be passed to local postal services if they don't have the reach or some kind of issues. Anyway, you order was fully refunded and again, we can only apologise on their behalf for the issue.
No communication, no shipment
No communication. Won’t respond to emails. Took payment and gave non-working tracking code. It’s been a month since order and nothing received. I’m about to do a chargeback.

Once your package was deemed lost by the shipping company, your order was fully refunded. These things happen and are outwith our control and we always help as much as possible to resolve the issue. Very positive experience
I ordered the wrong machine which was completely my fault but I had no use for it. The espresso shop allowed me to exchange it for the machine I intended on purchasing and were very accommodating, despite it being against their used return policy.
Very positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.
