Wonderful service and communication. I didn't order everything I needed for a charm bracelet. The lovely ladies got in contact and helped me get what I needed. They even alerted me that I had purchased 2 charms the same by mistake and refunded one. They put the bracelet together for me and it arrived very quickly. High quality service.

TheCharmWorks have a great selection so it was easy to find just what I was looking for. The items were delivered quickly and the quality is fantastic.

I ordered 3 charms. They were just as described . Good value for money and delivery was rwally quick . I would certainly use them again .

Had 3 letter K's to go on horse hair brackets which I had made from my lovely no longer with us horse called Keele . The charm was lovely has little crystals on it and very shiny. Also had a horseshoe which was nice but really think the letters with the crystals are really lovely and a brilliant price thank you will have special memories of my boy xxxx

I was looking for a specific charm for my wife's Sabo bracelet , found one one on The Charmworks website cheaper and than those available eslewere plus free delivery.
I cant fault the service or the product 5 Stars !
