Maya deluxe made purchasing a wedding…

Maya deluxe made purchasing a wedding dress really simple. There was an issue with the first item received but they had an easy returns process and I was able to get a replacement really easily. Love the dress so much and can't wait to wear it on our special day!

Fantastic customer service

Not only are the dresses beautiful, but they arranged to return a big box of family photos to me that had been accidentally ‘collected’ by Royal Mail from my hallway and sent to them..! They went out of their way to sort it out which was so generous and such a relief for me. I really appreciate the amazing kindness of their customer service!

I ordered a childs party dress which was sent initially in the wrong size, but customer services picked up on it quickly and made sure a replacement dress came in time for my granddaughters birthday.

I placed an order with ASOS not…

I placed an order with ASOS not realising that you had to return your items to the brand not ASOS. Firstly, I received my items but on the app it said they were still dispatched. I then figured out how to send my items back to Plaza Collection Ltd however I had no email or confirmation for the returned parcel or that it had been delivered. The only way I could tell was tracking my order from Royal Mail. I then contacted Plaza Collection Ltd about my return and Laura emailed me back immediately with an answer to my problem and my refund! It was a lot of money so I am grateful it was dealt with immediately and so quickly! Would highly recommend using them again!

Best customer service

I bought a skirt from them on Debenhams website. The skirt was very good quality, unfortunately did not suit me.
Unfortunately Royal Mail mixed my packages and they returned a wrong package to them, instead of the returned skirt. I could not get help from Debenhams, past the initial email from them informing me of the issue.
But Maye Deluxe's Customer Service was great, they took the initiative to get in touch with me, so I was able to have the package returned to me, so I can send it back to the right seller.
I appreciate very much their help in sorting out at least one of the packages, especially since I did not even order directly through their website, when Debenhams have been completely unresponsive regarding this issue.

Excellent customer service following a delivery error

I had an issue with a dress (wrong size delivered) purchased via ASOS. I contacted Plaza Collection directly as I was on a strict timeframe. They responded to me very quickly and even sent my new order out next day delivery free of charge so I could get the dress in time. I felt that I was treated well and the customer service was excellent. I was liaising with Laura and she was super understanding and helpful.

I purchased a beautiful navy maxi dress in June for my daughters wedding but she decided to change her colour theme. I contacted customer service to enquire if I could still exchange for a different colour as I tags were still on my dress and was dealt with by Laura.
What a credit to you she is!.
She arranged an exchange for me even though it was 3 months ago I bought the dress.
She kept communicating with me, efficiently, politely, and so very helpful. I'd buy her flowers if I could. Thank you Laura

Amazing customer service!!

Amazing customer service!!
Ordered through Debenhams who were horrendous to deal with when requesting a refund. After 6weeks of disgraceful customer service and no resolution, I called Maya Deluxe directly and resolved the issue within 5mins.
Lesson learnt - order directly from brands and never again through Debenhams!!

Lovely dress

Parcel delivered very quickly and were lovely.
Needed to return as they weren’t quite right for me. Slight delay in refund process but once email was sent Laura very quickly rectified the issue.
