The best mortgage brokers around!
I've used Buy to Let brokers twice now - and I am extremely pleased with the service provided. Angie, Fran and Chris were excellent, they are extremely responsive and made the whole mortgage process super smooth. They broke down the process and made clear what was required from me - making it really easy to understand. They reply to emails extremely quickly and are always very practical, rational and clear in their responses - and very friendly too! I've used them a couple times now, and will definitely continue to use them in the future for mortgage support. Thank you!

The best broker
We received great service from this company. We are really pleased with the services received from Angie and Fran, both have been brilliant. Not only they worked hard to find the best deal available on the market, what I think makes them really stand out is the transparency and speed they have dealt with my cases. They have always immediately replied to all our queries, and throughout the process we had a clear idea about the process and the next steps. We couldn't be happier with their services, in fact we have used them for two different properties.

Awful experience!!
Awful experience!!! Worst of our life!!!
I contacted them last 14th of July for 2 mortgage applications, and only yesterday we received the final decision.
However, they were super fast to send me the INVOICE for the first mortgage application. For anything else, no chance to get an update.
Every time, they ask you for some new documents in the end of the week, telling you that you should get the answer the following week, but then, the following week they ask for new documents so you will have to wait another week. We've been doing this for 1 month, then they told me that my scenario wasn't OK for the lender (after I told them my scenario since the beginning). Living in a hotel because you don't have an answer is awful. Waiting for an answer is frustrating.
Just a waste of time!!!
Most probably we will lose the house and we have to rent a new property for 6 months!!! (our current is by law under renting )
Try to avoid it!!!
I would definitely NOT recommend them.
