We were reffered to the loan partnership by our broker, first person to help was Charlie extremely helpful insearching for the best loans which are suitable for our situation, after we agreed the best lending option for us it was then passed on to michelle.
Michelle is friendly, polite, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us with processing the loan, she went above and beyond our expectations on the whole process of the loan.
We couldnt be happier with the service we received from both charlie and michelle the way they dealt with a problematic lender was brilliant always chasing them and sending us regular updates!
Both always available to call on and always returned calls when they werent available, emails were read/replied to promptly too with clear instructions and updates.
Overall we would definitely recommend the loan partnership, if just going by the service that we received now if we need any other loans in the future we would come back to them
