Make the process very simple
This company made the whole process very simple and easy to complete, however when asking questions to them it would be helpful if they replied to their e-mails. Not helpful when you're in a rush to get this done and completed and need answers.

The company just want your money
The company just want your money, I done all revision and was passing their mock test and there is only one mock test todo and I failed my level 1 and they are saying it will help to pay £6.99 after I failed to learn more but surly they should give a better practice mocks ect I could have just learned myself online how I am now until my retest. Look online for a better company who actually give better training most of the test is common knowledge but certain questions you wouldnt know unless you learn ,You might pay a little more going with another company but definitely rather pay the extra £30

We would like to clarify that our mock tests are designed to help learners prepare for the format and style of the assessment; they are not intended to replicate the exact questions that will appear in the regulated Level 1 exam.
The additional £6.99 support mentioned is completely optional and is not required to retake the assessment. All learners receive course materials and access to practice resources as part of their original purchase.
We understand that failing an assessment can be frustrating, particularly after doing well in the mocks. We would be more than happy to support you with your preparation before your next attempt, so please contact our team directly and we will assist wherever we can.
