Everything was organised properly and conveniently, customer service was fantastic. Reason for the 4-stars was due to the mock questions being similar but not the same as the exam ones. Aside from that, everything was really good.

Non stop support and useful resources from the beginning. Really well organised arranging Both level 1 award exam and Green Cscs card exam at the test centre. Lots of really useful revision for both exams. Would recommend to anyone gaining their cscs green card and a good introduction to health safety.

ID verification took longer than stated…
ID verification took longer than stated and couldn’t get access to the course when I eventually did I no longer needed the course and because I had logged in only to provide my ID they refused my refund Customer support is a joke

We’re sorry to see this review, but we would like to clarify a few points for accuracy.
Your ID was successfully verified on the same day it was submitted, and access to the course was subsequently provided.
Regarding the refund request, our refund policy clearly explains that once a learner has logged in and accessed the digital course, the course is no longer eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, deciding that the course is no longer required after access has been provided does not override these terms.
We also take the comment regarding our customer service seriously. Our team responded to your request and explained the reason a refund could not be issued in accordance with the terms agreed to at purchase.
We understand this was not the outcome you wanted, but we believe it is important to clarify the circumstances for anyone reading this review.
Good Customer service, Bad course material.
Customer service was great from eithel however the course material in the mock exams did not reflect what was in the actual CITB exam and you will have to pay £7.59 for the app if you want to pass first time. Also in the mocks, i encountered 5 incorrect answers that were deemed as wrong however they were right on the official CITB app. You really need to look at fixing this the builders academy because I almost failed my CITB exam because your mock quizzes marked a question as right but was wrong on the official test. All 29 mocks test need looking through immediately

Can’t fault it! Do the reading revision!
The course layout is
1. Upload ID (I used my UK drivers licence).
2. Pass basic English test to proceed.
3.Start course (the reading part of the revision with a few questions at the end of each section)
4.Mock Tests (quite a few of them I think there was about 12 of them)
5.Book test (needs to be booked 2 days in advance, so if it’s the 12th the next available day bookable would be the 14th).
- Reading revision material was great, I wish there were more questions along each reading section, something similar to Seneca would be really good as you get questioned on what you just read and it makes it stick in your head !
- The mock tests were out of 30 and would take me about 10-15 mins to complete, easy to read and clean interface.
- The test was all running smoothly until I was faced with one or two questions which I had never learned or seen in any of the mock tests prior, such as ( if you have to shout to speak to a person, how far away would you have to be for it to be considered a noisy environment ) or ( worksite machinery has leaked oil, what should you do with it ).
I’m pretty sure I got those two wrong but I would like to think that it was something that I would’ve read in the reading sections (which I skipped over lol).
The reason I skipped through most of the reading revision is because I’ve already done 2 years of health and safety on my plumbing course and I done my CITB test before completing this course and I got 48/50 so I felt quite confident in my health and safety knowledge.
But I’d say that if you’ve never done any sort of health and safety reading / tests then definitely take your time and read though the reading revision and don’t just use the mocks as I’m sure that some of the questions on your test will not be in the mocks !
Overall I had no problems with this companies course, and I think the reason I didn’t is because, before I paid for anything I took a solid 2 hours to research all of the companies that offer these qualifications using googles ai assistant which helped a lot !
Definitely do your research to make sure that you choose the correct course as they’re all different !
