Pretty good experience however some pillowcases that I bought were smaller than I thought they'd be, also the cover. They look sometime to arrive but they arrived in perfect condition anyway.

Used to be good but are now scammers. They wait weeks after you make an order then cancel it and only try and give you. partial refund. To receive a full refund you have to email customer service and chase it up yourself. This has happened too many times in a row now that I can no longer shop here. They do nothing to try and make the situation better - she admitted they have no idea how much stock they have - so be careful.
Exceptional experience
The offers of the products I bought were exceptional, usually the prices for this shop dont decrease as much for the brand! Also the shipping was done very quickly and I got everything in perfect quality. I was so happy!

Extremely incompetent
I placed an order via The Bradery from Le Petit Lunetier on September 12th, heard nothing from them so had to get in touch for an update. After contacting them, they specifically asked my if I would like my package shipped via Mondial Relay or UPS. I selected to use Mondial Relay as UPS are notoriously incompetent. My request was ignored this and shipped with UPS anyway. As expected, UPS didn’t even attempt delivery they dumped the parcel at a pickup point, which is over an hour’s walk away.
Now I'm told I’ll only get a refund once the parcel makes its way back to the brand, which could take weeks. In other words, I paid for something I never received.
Too many delays, too many excuses, zero reliability.
Absolute worst shopping experience. Never again.
Return inconvenience
The site is good, but there is one downside. When you pay for the return almost 7 euros, the company should make the return process itself easier for clients and take care of this, instead client have to print the return documents, see the instructions etc.

My order was sent to the wrong name of a guy I e never heard of - I could never retrieve it with my ID and never received a QR code from DHL (who harassed me every day via WhatsApp to go and retrieve my order).
Now I also have to wait for it to be back in the US so they can reimburse me - I paid for a product I never received, The Bradery never respected the terms of our contract, and on top of that I have to show patience until their product is back in their base so I can get my own money back.
No commercial gesture for the time it made me loose and my money being out there for nothing. Not a voucher, nothing. Just a plain apology they actually could’ve kept for themselves.
Very disappointed of such a poor experience.

Unfortunately my last experience was very shocking. I have ordered a leather bag from a famous brand and after waiting for a month eventually I received the parcel but it was a completely wrong model. Well I returned back and mentioned it was not the model I chose. Once they received my parcel they said they will reimburse without any sorrows any excuse or explanation .

I ordered from them 2 trousers but unfortunately they didn’t fit. I followed the return process ( I live in the uk). 2 days after I dropped the parcel at DHL I received an email that my parcel was refused due to taxes. I emailed the bradery, REVer( looks like they managed their returns). No reply. And DHL is telling me I’d have to pay over £100 if nothing happens ( trousers were £25 each).
