Pretty good experience however some pillowcases that I bought were smaller than I thought they'd be, also the cover. They look sometime to arrive but they arrived in perfect condition anyway.

À l’heure où même la plus vertueuse des marques aura un impact écologique, il existe des alternatives au neuf. Le vintage est l’une d’entre elles, le stock dormant en est une autre. En proposant des anciennes collections à prix doux, The Bradery participe à une mode un peu plus responsable.

Order canceled

I placed an order for beautiful shoes, just to receive two weeks after the date I was supposed to receive it that there was an error of stock and that my order has been canceled. It's a real disappointment and the way it had been managed is very bad. I don't recommend this website.

Quick and easy

I ordered two perfumes after a friend had tried one. I ordered on a Thursday and was so happy with the prices and quality of the items on The Bradery. My order arrived less than a week later. I am so pleased with the perfume I ordered and the service. Will definitely order again.

DO NOT ORDER DESPITE GOOD DEALS

This is not the first time I have some issues...1- last time: I ordered a luggage, the wrong model was received. The only thing they told me is to see with the vendor how to mitigate this by myself. After further attempts I gave up. No reimbursement of course
2- now, I ordered a top which was supposed to be delivered in November 2024.... 3 months after, just got delivered but since then I moved out and no chance to get it back. No need to say that I had to be the one sending reminders to know what was going on with the delivery "oh sorry this is delayed"... "sorry again this is delayed".

I am now giving up with this app. Bad customer service, you cannot even call them and it almost looks like it is an IA person who is replying to you with no consideration and no commercial gesture despite "free delivery next time"- great, particularly when it takes more than a quarter of the year to receive something...

Scam

I have paid almost 1K but I am yet to receive the items I bought and they keep lying to me that the goods will arrive…it’s been over a month and half now. I have no option but to raise a chargeback through the bank for undelivered goods and report them to the consumer authorities of France and to EU consumer associations.

The delivery is meant to arrive in Spain yet it never left France…

Great first purchase, great product, not a fan of DPD delivery

Had a great experience with my first purchase on The Bradery. Received a nice product, fast shipping time as promised. The only drawback was the delivery service is DPD and they don’t let you know the exact date/ time they will deliver to your address and it’s a delivery with signature so you have to be physically present.

Cannot send back items

I received my order pretty fast and clothes were in good condition. Nevertheless sending some items back is a full mess! First I didn’t receive the label for the package for 2 days, therefore i chatted several times with the chatbot. Then the label was sent by email but it won’t work and I am not able to send my package back. I was frightened from the beginning that I might miss the time frame because I ordered from Germany! The thing is bots often cannot help you, either you need a person behind it when it comes to problems or you need an email address to turn to. Would never order here again! Sorry, still hoping that my issues will be solved!
