If there was a zero rating for this company it would be to high, orderd face masks over 4 weeks ago sent 4 emails and guess what no reply

The guys are The Big Deal are very helpful and friendly and helped me save money on my business electric bills. was paying over the odds without ever realising. The entire process was very quick and simple and once you submit your information they get back to you almost immediately!

Horrible experience. Its been 10 days nothing is shipped and no respond from anyone. I am afraid to see the quality of the goods with this kind of attitude towards the customers.Would not recommend to use the website to anyone.

Scam! A month went by and I never received my order. I never got an email saying my order has been shipped, no tracking link or anything. I emailed several times and I got no response. I think it’s safe to say these people are scammers. Finally I contacted my bank and disputed the charge so I was able to get my money back for the product that I never received I wish I had read the was reviews before I ordered from them. DO. NOT. PURCHASE. ANYTHING. FROM. THIS. WEBSITE !!!

Ordered a purse. They never confirmed I ordered it. When it finally came in, it's the wrong product! I emailed right away. All I got was an automated response. Nothing else. After looking at the return policy, you have to pay for shipping to send it back, even if it's their fault! I should have researched this before I ordered. The company seems a little off. I did look at reviews for the purse itself and it seemed legit, apparently it's not!

Both of my kids wanted air pods for their birthdays. So seeing these were a great deal as a starter pair to see how they would take care of them I ordered them a red and green pair on April 7th. I have sent multiple emails since that’s the only way to contact them and can’t get a response. Will never use this website again.

I ordered face masks and filters as my partner is on the vulnerable list due to his heart issues. I received the filters however I am still waiting for the masks 4 weeks later.
When I first reported I received replies from their customer services, however they are now no longer replying. I wouldn't have made this complaint if it wasn't that I need the masks to be able to go and shop for food.
I would never use this company again, so please be warned!

I placed an order for one product from USABIGDEAL and was charged for 2 orders, now I can't get anyone to call or email me back about the issue. But when I track my order it shows that the order has been delivered,Which Is NOT TRUE AT ALL. I've sent several emails because there is NO number to call, yet I still receive their advertisements and am told to give them 1 to 2 days for a reply. To which I am still waiting to hear anything since February 15th 2020. I am turning to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU with copies of all emails and receipts of payments of double payment.*** BUYER BEWARE IS COMPANY IS A SCAM, IVE ALSO REPORTED IT TO THE STATE DIVISION OF SCAM. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Horrible customer service ordered headphones over a week ago and nothing has been done with the order at all, on top of that, they won’t even return my emails so I can cancel my order. Worst service ever. I even stated let me know if there is a problem because of COVID 19 - no response. I will never order another thing from them ever again.

I have not received my order up to now,I ordered a backpack and asked them if when can I receive it.And they just send me a message that saying they will contact me in a day or 2 days but nobody had contact me.

Sorry I had to give them one star. First off their ads are decieving, you might not get exactly what you thought. Second they're very slow to ship. Third, Customer service is completely nonexistent. You are not dealing directly with any company. I feel that the positive ratings are fake. Anything you can find at usabigdeal you can find at Wish or AliExpress for a much better price and they have excellent customer service.

I had ordered a product of 1499 rs from bigdeal.But hvnt got any confirmation from their side.I called paytm payments bank.They had confirmed that they paid big deals but when i ask big deals,they denied of getting paid

I wasn't aware that I had ordered through a 3rd party. Walmart couldn't give me a refund so I had to send it back. After talking to someone on the phone for over 58min. I was transferred to Big Deal. Justin was not helpful and when I asked to speak to a supervisor he said he was a supervisor. SO I asked to speak to someone beside him for he was short and not nice [please listen to the recording] he said no I would have to speak to him. I asked for his last name he refused to give it to me. I asked for the name of this company and at first he wouldn't give it to me, I told him If he didn't transfer me to someone else I would call back he said go ahead!. I asked if he had a badge # and after awhile he gave it to me GH1207-1987 I would never deal with a 3rd party if I had know. Other comments he made was talking about if I had bought something through best buy?? what they would have done?? When talking to him I had to ask if he was still there I though he had hung up on me. Please listen to the recording I plan on sharing this experience with everyone I know. Big Deals in Ga.

Tried to make a credit card purchase in the US. It did not go through. Phoned Discover. They never received the charge request. Several days later unauthorized charge in Australia appeared. Cancelled the card and reported fraud.
